Yukino's mother's invitation was unexpected.
Makoto knew it must've been the effect of the charm badge, but even he hadn't expected her to try and keep him there.
Earlier, when the three of them were chatting happily, he had intentionally kept the conversation light with Yukino, trying to avoid any unpredictable outcomes.
But now, it seemed Yukino's mother had been more affected than he'd realized.
Yukino was equally surprised.
Though her thoughts weren't dirty or wild—she was simply confused if her mother was still trying to probe for information.
Her mother had already suspected that Makoto was hiding something and had long been trying to figure it out.
It wasn't just Yukino who knew—her older sister did too.
So Yukino had no choice but to start planning how to help Makoto cover it up.
"Although it's not quite bedtime yet, it's already quite late, and I shouldn't disturb you any further," Makoto said, glancing at the clock.
Yukino's mother smiled and asked, "Are you in such a rush to go home, Makoto-kun? Is there another girl waiting for you?"
Yukino froze mid-thought.
Then… she gave up thinking.
Is this really something my mother would say?
What's going on?
Given what she knew about her mother, she would never say something like that.
Unless… she was absolutely set on trying to pair her with Makoto.
But the problem was—her mother had been completely calm earlier, showing no signs of that intention.
This was the first time Yukino felt like she couldn't keep up with the flow of conversation.
Meanwhile, Makoto remained composed. "Auntie, are you asking about Kasumigaoka-senpai? She left earlier."
"I didn't mention Kasumigaoka—but you brought her up on your own. So should I understand it as: you came over tonight specifically to explain things to Yukino?"
Even affected by the charm buff, Yukino's mother's mind was still sharp as ever.
Makoto put on a thoughtful expression. "Let me think about how to answer that."
The more Yukino looked at them, the more suspicious she became. She really started to think her mother was trying to play matchmaker.
After some thought, she finally spoke up. "Mother, he already explained everything to me."
Her mother asked, "Since it's all cleared up, you won't be distracted and absent-minded anymore like before, right?"
Yukino blushed deeply, realizing she hadn't managed to hide it from her mother after all.
Her mother turned back to Makoto, her eyes glinting with a strange emotion.
She paused slightly, then smiled.
"Alright, if you're in a hurry to get home, I won't keep asking. Just remember to rest properly. You've been quite busy lately—don't forget, your health matters most."
"I understand. Thank you, Auntie." Makoto bowed politely.
I really don't like being called "Auntie."
Yukino's mother kept smiling.
Yukino walked Makoto to the door, her voice hesitant. "I haven't been talking to my mother about you."
Makoto immediately understood.
She was worried that her mother's strange behavior earlier might make it seem like they'd been gossiping about him all day.
Normally, with Yukino's personality, she wouldn't even bother explaining.
But she'd been affected by the charm buff too.
"I know. Thanks for backing me up just now," Makoto said with a smile.
Yukino awkwardly averted her gaze.
Though she had wanted to help, she ultimately hadn't succeeded—in fact, her mother had completely shut her down with that one line.
She silently watched as Makoto finished changing his shoes, thinking to herself: he probably came hoping for a little reward.
"Makoto."
Yukino softly called his name.
Makoto stood up straight and looked at her.
Her pale cheeks were now flushed pink, and her gaze was growing increasingly heated.
This time, she boldly met his eyes. Her lashes fluttered slightly. "You've got about ten seconds."
Makoto chuckled quietly. "You smell great, bro."
Yukino glared at him in annoyance and closed her eyes.
The next second, she felt the sensation of lips against hers.
Almost instantly, she reached out and threw her arms around his neck, hugging him tightly.
She didn't quite understand why she was being so passionate.
But one thing was clear—she wanted to do it.
She longed for it.
She said ten seconds, and ten seconds it was.
When she pulled away, her lips, already soft and pink, were now even more kissable. Her blushing face was impossibly adorable—maxing out the charm meter.
If no one else had been home, the two of them might've kept kissing all the way back to the living room.
As for whether this encounter would lead to premium content—based on Yukino's current state, Makoto was certain there would at least be an option for "persistent access."
"Be careful on your way home."
Yukino said this with a flushed face, trying to control her expression so she didn't look too embarrassed.
Makoto nodded and turned to leave.
Once the door closed, Yukino leaned against it, panting. One hand clutched at her chest—she could clearly feel her heart pounding wildly.
She had almost lost herself in the moment.
This was the first time she had actively given Makoto a benefit.
And when they separated… she actually felt reluctant.
"Am I broken too…?"
Yukino closed her eyes, gently touching her lips—as if still savoring the sensation.
After finally calming herself down, she returned to the living room—only to hear her mother say, "Your phone lit up just now. It was a message from Makoto-kun."
Yukino paused, suddenly feeling guilty.
Though their mother-daughter relationship was quite harmonious now, and her mother had never tried to pry into her phone, she still felt a little nervous.
She checked the screen—just as expected, a message from Makoto.
[Cute.]
Just one word—yet it made Yukino's cheeks flush hot again.
"He just left. Why would he send you a message already?" her mother asked.
Yukino gripped her phone tightly and turned around, speaking calmly, "He's saying something stupid again."
Her mother didn't press the issue.
But after Yukino returned to her room, the elegant woman glanced at her daughter's door, her expression flickering with changing emotions.
She could tell Yukino and that boy were getting closer.
When her daughter came back just now, her lips were still wet.
No matter how strong Yukino's mental fortitude, she couldn't hide that from her mother.
For some reason, Yukino's mother suddenly lost interest in staying in the living room.
She turned off the TV and the lights, and walked toward the guest room.
She hadn't just brought clothes for tonight's sleepover at her daughter's place.
At the very bottom of her suitcase—she had also brought something… purple and suggestive.
…
By Sunday, Makoto had fully figured out the effects of the charm badge.
During tutoring sessions with the Nakano quintuplets, just a little teasing of Ichika or Nino was enough to make their gazes sharpen immediately.
That was the look of wanting to beat him to the ground and break him.
Thinking back to the night at Yukino's house, Makoto felt relieved that he'd left quickly.
If he'd stayed any longer, chatting with them, he feared the fire in their hearts might've burned out of control.
"It's time to fulfill my promise to Yukino."
After breakfast, Makoto decisively activated the time loop.

Makoto knew Yukino was already awake. He picked up his phone and sent her a message: [It's started.]
In less than ten seconds, Yukino replied: [Got it.]
A moment later, she sent another message: [What's your plan for today?]
Makoto: [Same as usual, some exercise. Might go for a walk tonight.]
Yukino: [Are you planning to spend the day alone?]
Makoto: [Unless you want me to come find you?]
This time, Yukino took a full minute before replying: [I want to make the most of my time to improve myself first.]
Makoto: [No problem.]
Seeing his reply, Yukino was a little confused.
"He actually agreed so easily? Could he be planning something somewhere else?"
Yukino thought that was very possible.
But since she really did want to focus on self-improvement, she suppressed her suspicions and entered study mode.
Meanwhile, after Makoto exercised at home all morning and showered, he ran into two unexpected people while out shopping for groceries.
Hiratsuka Shizuka and Eriri.
One tall and one petite—two beautiful women were chatting on the roadside. The atmosphere looked quite pleasant.
Makoto instantly knew what he had to do:
Go collect the debt from Hiratsuka Shizuka!
After that kiss, she'd been dodging him like someone trying to escape a debt.
So now, collecting what he was owed only made sense.
