Not long after, Samuel stepped into the director's office. The air inside felt heavy, not because of fear, but because of how proud Samuel carried himself.
Immediately he dropped into the chair across from the director, his legs crossed, a small smirk tugging at his lips. His posture said it all he believed he had already won.
Then the director studied him for a moment, almost as if Samuel didn't even care about what was going to be offered to him. Without saying much, the director reached for a folder on the desk and slid it toward him.
