They had, out of nothing, forged an island-sized meteor.
No—bigger than a meteor. It was like a planet forming in the sky.
The drag was so fierce even he could barely stand; he had to stab his blade into the ground just to steady himself.
"Oi, I'm this far away and it's still reaching me?!" Crocodile also stopped, face dark as he glanced around.
He'd spent a ton of stamina reshaping the surroundings into a desert, even yawned in fatigue—
and then every grain of sand was sucked upward.
"My water's being pulled up too…" Jinbe halted as well, shock writ large as he gazed at the heavens.
"How big can that thing get!?"
It was already the size of an island. If it kept swelling… would it reach the size of a planet?
"That's my waterway!!" Kisame shot Jinbe a thunderous look.
It was his Suiton "waterway," and yet this stout whale-shark fish-man was surfing his current to pummel him inside Water Release.
"Shisui, stand down for now!" Within the crimson Susanoo (Susanoo), Itachi's eyes bled at the corners.
He looked up at the sky and said gravely,
"If we keep using Susanoo, it won't just be the ground and the buildings—both you and I will end up sealed inside that thing."
The larger the mass, the stronger the pull.
His Susanoo was already straining under a terrifying gravity, as if it would be snatched skyward in the very next breath.
"In your dreams…"
Shisui ground out the words between clenched teeth.
Elsewhere, Obito had practically turned into a treeman—branches and leaves sprouting over his body—only his legs still pounding the earth in a desperate sprint.
Naruto chased right behind, hurling gigantic shuriken one after another.

His fire-forged fists crashed down, savage and searing; every punch set Obito's body ablaze.

White forms tumbled and writhed in the fire—yet not a single scream sounded.
It was as if they felt no pain at all.
At the same time, Tendō Pain twisted toward Naruto, face contorted. "This monster—does he not feel gravity at all!?"
The Chibaku Tensei overhead had already torn the earth asunder and expanded to its limit.
Under its pull, it was about to drift into the heavens.
Even so, Naruto stood rooted to the ground, as if sheer physique alone defied the drag.
"Banshō Ten'in (Universal Pull)!!!"
Even so, Naruto stood his ground—until, at last, the combined force of Chibaku Tensei and Banshō Ten'in made him lift his gaze skyward.
Near that titanic sphere of rock, he could already see pirates—countless figures—screaming as the gravity snared them.

Naruto exhaled softly. He stopped resisting the pull, let himself rise, and gathered a surging mass of chakra in his right hand.
"Rasengan (Spiraling Sphere)!"
In mere seconds, the marble-sized Rasengan swelled—one meter, five, ten, twenty, fifty…
At last, a behemoth more than eighty meters across took shape.
It was no longer blue but black—fused with Armament Haki—its destructive force unimaginable, like a devouring singularity.
"Thirty percent of my chakra and twenty percent of my stamina… can your Chibaku Tensei withstand that!?"
Eyes cold, Naruto glared at Tendō Pain and hurled the colossal sphere straight at the forming "planet."
"If it can't—then die!"
