The floor collapsed entirely, and the whole of Blazing Hell began to fall.
In an instant, searing heat was replaced by bitter cold.
Where fire had burned moments ago, snowflakes now drifted down, blanketing the land in thick frost—turning it into an icy world.
The flowing crimson venom froze solid on contact with the cold.
Guards and prisoners alike dropped screaming from above; many were crushed beneath the falling rubble.
Magellan himself was nowhere to be seen.
"Haa… it's over," Naruto breathed, dispelling his clones as he took in the frozen landscape.
"Level 5 of Impel Down… Freezing Hell, huh?"
He couldn't fathom how a single prison could create completely different climates on each floor.
Crimson Lotus Hell and Beast Hell were understandable—but Hungry Hell, Blazing Hell, and Freezing Hell had climates entirely altered.
"Naruto-sama, it's freezing!" Guren shivered atop the crystal dragon, her breath crystallizing in the air—she lacked the hardy physique of the One Piece world's natives.
"How is this even possible!?" Uchiha Izumi stared around in shock.
Nami and Robin were equally stunned—despite their experience, they couldn't comprehend a single floor being an entire snowy wasteland.
Naruto casually kicked aside a few snow wolves, thinking aloud: "Most likely the work of a Hie Hie no Mi (Ice-Ice Fruit) user."
In the original story, Aokiji had once clashed with Akainu so fiercely that an entire island was split into two climates—one half frozen, one half molten.
The women's eyes widened in disbelief at the thought that a human could reshape nature itself.
"Let's go—the final level."
Without another word, Naruto formed a Chō Ōdama Rasengan and slammed it into the icy ground.

The frozen surface splintered under the blow—but didn't break through.
