Some drivers even keep the throttle and brake pressed while taking this turn.
When cornering, keep the car in eighth gear and fully use the curb.
Exit the turn as close to the left as possible, then quickly release the throttle and brake, bringing the car down to sixth gear.
Use the car's engine braking to assist in slowing down.
Accelerate before the apex of T13.
Tighten around the apex while accelerating, and once a suitable exit angle is found, immediately give gas to start accelerating.
The subsequent T14 is another deceptive turn, but to gain enough distance for acceleration when exiting, position the car to take the shortest line closer to the left, using as much of the curb as possible.
That way, from T13 to T14, the path becomes a straight line.
Activate the DRS as you exit T14.
