Even in what appeared to be a kidnapping scene, Lindong and the black cat looked incredibly excited, and Ethan felt they did not have even the slightest respect for the hardworking kidnappers.
From Ethan's understanding of the two cats, Lindong probably caught the scent of conspiracy and fun, while Little Dark had long developed a keen interest in the moveable boxes on the street. If Ethan weren't there watching, this unruly black cat might well enact a scene from Grand Theft Auto in a dream, pulling over a car, dragging out the driver, kicking them, and driving away herself.
This is one bad cat.
As for the three burly men in black suits on the van, suspected to be kidnappers, they were quite professional. They locked the doors right after getting in and did not utter a single word.
