"Ah..."
At this place, surrounded by four opponents, Leng Yue and Ruyu found it hard to fend off all their attacks. In a moment of carelessness, they left an opening, giving their opponent a chance to attack Alice.
Such an opportunity would be certain death for Alice, who had no means of self-defense.
Leng Yue had promised Xiaofan to take good care of Alice, and if Alice got hurt under her watch, she would feel she let Xiaofan down.
This woman, always taking on responsibility herself, constantly thinking about Xiaofan.
So, she turned around.
Without caring about the assassin swinging a dagger at her back, she charged straight to Alice's side.
She had the speed and ability to save her, but at the same time, she knew she would be killed by the assassin catching up behind her.
However, she had fulfilled the task of protecting Alice and had no regrets towards Xiaofan. It's just a pity she didn't have a child with Xiaofan yet.
