Krow had begun to smell.
It was due to the fact that since being here even though it was jsut a few days the smell lingered on him.
Each of the forest smells stayed from the tree bark or sap to the mud on the ground getting on his shoes.
All of it was staying on him with some residue on him in some way of shape or form, and he needed to wash it off quickly before he could smell himself even more.
"So that's todays goal takes a shower stinky!" Said Luna as she mentioned this directly to Krow even though she was trying to be nicer about it; it was still a fact of the matter.
Krow realized it sooner than he wanted to admit he just didn't do anything about it but now he had to find out he had to search for a body of water.
Travelling through the difficult terrain of the forest dodging multiple curet beasts and looking at several bushes along the way.
"Hey don't eat that are poisonous than a monoaxial bush! They are small bushes with blueberries all over them or at least that's what they look like in reality they are extremely harmful to you and just a few of them can cause heart palpitations." Said Luna with a worried look splattered all over her face clearly; she was trying to give Krow sound advice here.
Krow listened to what she said each and every word and moved on without touching the bushes and several bushes and trees later of Krow trying to eat the stuff he actually couldn't in reality they finally arrived at an open pond.
Krow was behind some bushes and trees when he could see all the animals at the pond.
There was deer the most elegant, beautiful deer he had ever seen. It was all white with horns on its head and crystal balls like eyes and white fur that shined in the sunlight.
It was beautiful and absolutely stunning to the visuals.
"That's a balas deer its known for its extreme look but don't get it twisted its powerful and packs a punch those antlers on its head which by the way aren't horns are actually extremely strong and sharp a single thrust from one of those deer could cause a human to split in half." Said luna informatively.
"Duly noted" said Shinya glancing over at her for a split second before going back to the pond.
There were other animals he had never seen or could only imagine they lived in fairy tales, but the deer in particular catched his eye.
He arrived out of the bushes in direct sunlight.
He noticed this was an area not affected by the forest gloomy atmosphere.
"That's because this technically isn't the forest silly. This is the area that's common ground between all the monsters to wash up and drink water. "Said Luna taking the words right out of Krows mouth.
Krow just glanced and then kept walking forward more towards the deer.
Slowly and slower, he got closer towards the deer. The whole area around the pond was built on dirt, and the actual pond had stones in it. Krow not completely sure why.
As he took steps to get closer eventually, he stepped on a twig

*Woosh! *
Quickly the deer ran away from him and luna at the same time and so did most of the other species on the bigger side as they were all mainly scared of seeing something they had never seen before or didn't know what would happen at all.
Shinya took this as a sign of good fortune even if the deer running away wasn't and decided to strip naked.
"AH! Put that thing away!" Said Luna in mad dishonesty as she peaked through her eyes seeing just how Krows' body actually looked.
At first, she looked at it seductively but then that seduction quickly turned into care and support as she observed all the scars and bullet wounds all over his body noticing the scars on his back as the worst.
They looked like he had been whipped even.
Though Luna decided to keep quiet about this for now and just focused on the beautiful scenery besides the as Krow was in the water bathing and washing his only clothes off.
"Hey you know were going to get out of this place, right? "Said Luna happily as she ran all over the top of the water.
Krow only looked up at the sun at this point as he was watching it all day and noticing the clear sky as it had begun to set it was beginning to be nighttime and the sun was setting.
The sunset was magnificent there were no other words besides beauty that encapsulated just the raw feeling of seeing it again.
It truly made Krow feel human.
"Hey buddy! I was talking to you, you know!" Said Luna as she wailed her arms up and down towards him, trying to grab his attention her extremely small figure now in his eyes.
"Yeah, I know it's about time we leave and go back to the cave, isn't it? "Said Krow as he said these words to Luna, she just nodded in agreement.
So Krow got his clothes and he walked back with Luna, now putting them on towards the cave.
They went through the same bushes they had once taken to get out and were now back in the forest.
"Yeah, the forest of death it seems more like it." Said Luna as the first thing they saw when they got back in was the carcass of a dead animal, most likely a rabbit that got viciously eaten.
Krow just ignored her obvious words and kept walking towards the cave.
Eventually they arrived at the cave with sticks in his hand to start the fire again.
Covering up the front of the cave and with the fire going Krow couldn't help but finally ask.
"So how do we do it? How do we take down the king of the forest the king of the jungle I would even fucking call it at this point this is stupid I want to leave already. "Said Krow with impatience and a mad tone.
"Hush now young one padawan I must teach you, my ways. Well, uh ahem, it's time for you to learn about weapons and the categories. 'Said Luna.
"Weapons and their categories? "Said Krow repeating back what she said.
"Yes, you heard me of the right weapons and their categories. You see every weapon falls into a category on the elf continent. There are also only a few weapons you'll even see in the elf continent allowed as most weapons are banned after a certain period a certain number of years; we banned them for one reason or another. "Said Luna stopping there, making sure Krow was listening.
"Okay go on then?" Said Krow listening attentively to what she was saying.
"Well okay there's three categories: a long medium and short range. Krow you are meant for all three most people in the elf continent most elf's should I say are only good at one because of their race usually and when I say good, I mean super fucking good your more like a shitty jack of all trades type. "Said Luna trying to keep honesty while recognizing the hardships with it.
"Well okay fuck you bitch but keep talking" Said Krow sitting against the cave now instead of standing as he watched Luna fly in the air back and forth between his eyes.
"Okay basically there's the sword and shield for short range longsword and spear for mid-range and gun or bow and arrow for long range you can consider it like that i mean short range from your continent would be what just a knife or even a frying pan right? So long range would be a gun while here it's a bow and arrow. "Said Luna establishing her point.
"Okay I get that, but what does it have to do with taking down the fucking monster huh?" Said Krow
"Well, you see were going to use all three of them you're going to learn how to use all three from me a sword, a spear and a bow so you can win against it. Anyway, I'll tell you more tomorrow. I'm tired. I think Ima go to sleep now. "Said Luna before slowly her wings got slower and slower and she got more and more near the ground before completely collapsing on Krows lap layed up.
This could only make Krow think increasingly he already received training from the human realm in all types of weapons. Why did he need her help anyway?
Just watching the fire for the night and having these thoughts in his head, Krow stayed silent just listening to the sparks from the fire glisten and crackle.
