I'm Siegburn, a writer who specializes in web novels.
After a long hiatus, I've finally returned to writing.
It brings me great joy to be crafting stories again.
Let me share a bit about this work.
For a long time, I'd wanted to write a novel centered around modern technology—exploring the conveniences it brings and weaving them into the narrative.
I struggled for a while with how to approach it, but after watching the anime Solo Leveling, everything clicked into place.
This story is planned to conclude within 15 volumes.
Truth be told, I had a whole list of "waifu names" I'd been dying to use, so this became the perfect opportunity to kill two birds with one stone (laughs).
I do have another modern-day story in mind, but don't worry—that one won't be coming for a long time.
About the Characters:
Right now, the cast is still small, and since this novel has a "slice-of-life" tag, many characters have nothing to do with dungeons.
However, the dungeon itself holds deep mysteries.
For those who've read my previous works—Reincarnated as a Background Mob in an Otome Game World and World Ixion Saga—you already know how much I love harem dynamics and their development.
So, what does a 21st-century harem look like? You'll find out in due time.
What's Coming Next
Starting with Volume 2, the introductory arc will wrap up, and stronger dungeons will appear.
Personally, my favorite aspect is the lore behind the "Herrschers."
Zeldris didn't get much spotlight in this volume, and the reasons behind his battle will be revealed later.
But remember—this is Volume 1, and the protagonist had no real way to defeat him.
Zeldris lost due to overconfidence, but this was a necessary turn of events.
As a light spoiler, S-rank characters will debut in the next volume.
