At lunch, Sun Chan and I cooked some noodles, also made some for Guihua and Yang Liu. We sautéed some cabbage in the pot and added eggs—simple, but it tasted pretty good. We mixed in some homemade chili sauce, and it was delicious.
The four of us chatted as we ate, and Guihua, who loves to joke around, made the atmosphere lively.
Guihua glanced at the fruits, "Are they all sold out? When is Han Dong bringing you more?"
"We'll just wait. If not, I'll go get some myself." It's still New Year, so I didn't want to trouble Han Dong.
Just as we were talking about Han Dong, he walked in, and everyone laughed upon seeing him.
Han Dong brought in two boxes of oranges and a box of bananas, "These are the best. You sell them first. I'll bring you some pineapples later; they should sell well."
"These are such valuable fruits; I'm afraid of losing money," Sun Chan said with a smile.
