Shi Yang was taken aback by Zhao Meimei's sudden fall, and dropped everything in his hands as he hurried over.
Shi Yang reached out to grab her but couldn't, and watched as Zhao Meimei frantically grabbed the back of the sofa to steady herself.
Zhao Meimei was so scared she froze, finally managing to stabilize herself, her mind going completely blank.
Shi Yang helped her up and said hoarsely, "Baby, your welcome ceremony is a bit too enthusiastic."
Zhao Meimei turned around with Shi Yang's help, and their eyes met. Shi Yang's gaze lowered, and Zhao Meimei followed his gaze, stunned.
Shi Yang unconsciously gulped, his eyes pinned to those two small, thin pieces of fabric. After a moment, he lifted his head, staring at Zhao Meimei in disbelief.
Zhao Meimei's face flushed crimson, wishing she could dig a hole and disappear into it right then and there.
