Chapter 61 - Chapter 61

Zairon strolled confidently into the Celestara Adventurer's Hall, a grand structure buzzing with energy. The marble floor gleamed beneath his boots, and golden chandeliers dangled from the arched ceiling. Adventurers of all ranks gathered around, some registering, others turning in missions or exchanging information.

He walked to the receptionist counter, where a polite but slightly cold-eyed elf woman stood behind a shimmering spirit screen.

"Name?"

"Zairon." He smirked.

"Rank?"

"A."

The elf raised a brow slightly at his confidence, then typed rapidly into her screen.

"Alright. You're registered. Adventurer ID is linked to your aura. You may now access mission boards and dungeon permissions."

Zairon gave her a casual nod and turned toward the mission board area.

There were three sections:

Green Board: Regular missions – material gathering, basic escorts.

Yellow Board: Risk missions – monster subjugation, long-range scouts.

Red Board: Dangerous missions – dungeon cores, corrupted zones, beast outbreaks.

Naturally, he walked straight to the Red Board.

Red glyphs shimmered ominously over the missions posted.

One caught his eye:

Mission: Escort of Master Herbalist Belken

Objective: Safely escort Master Belken into the "Crimson Root Cavern", an A-rank dungeon known for rare spiritual herbs and hostile terrain.

Reward: 5 million gold + A-rank herb essence.

Warning: Monster activity at peak.

Requirement: Minimum party of three A-rank or higher cultivators.

"Perfect." Zairon muttered.

"Good danger, great rewards, and a showy entrance."

He scanned the requirements again and grinned.

"Party of three, huh? Oh right..."

His mind flashed back to the two women he saw earlier—one with shimmering violet hair, the other with piercing emerald eyes, both walking with a grace that made half the street pause.

"Time to do some recruiting."

He spun around and headed back into the city streets, murmuring to himself with a playful grin:

"Now then, let's go ask the beauties if they're interested in a little danger…"
