After reading the introduction, Mio's eyes briefly flickered with disappointment. But then, he gave a small nod.
"Not bad." Although it wasn't as overwhelming as he had hoped, it was still practical. In fact, it was arguably the most useful gene from this round of lottery draws.
With a thought, the lottery wheel interface disappeared.
Mio then turned his gaze to the final Stomak Baron and narrowed his eyes sharply. In a flash, he appeared above it, a violent surge of power bursting from his body.
"Once this one is cultivated, anyone visiting the Boeing Islands later might be shocked to find they've vanished," Mio thought with a wry smile. After all, all three Storma Barons were now used for cultivation. Whether new ones would spawn here in the future was uncertain—but for now, these islands were no more.
With that thought, he shook his head and moved.

He unleashed a punch.
Destructive force exploded outward. With punch after punch, the Stomak Baron began to tremble violently. Huge craters spread across its surface.
Within seconds, the massive creature was seriously wounded. Mio didn't hesitate—he sealed it into the cultivation tank.
Without pause, he began selecting the genes.
As before, he first included the ordinary beast and pirate genes, then the special ones from recent lotteries:
Pepper gene, Giant Sea King gene, Flash gene, and Nami gene.
Once the selections were complete, Mio pressed the training button.
With that, the final cultivation of the first half of the Grand Line began.
Mio exhaled softly, his figure returning to the deck. He turned toward Baifeng and instructed, "Let's return to the New World."
"Yes, sir," Baifeng responded and immediately began maneuvering the ship toward the Sabaody Archipelago.
Not long after, a prompt appeared in front of Mio.

"A bit weak in rank, but that's fine," Mio murmured. "It's a support unit after all. With powerful life-saving skills like Trickle and Speed Force, it'll be nearly impossible to bring down my squad in battle."
He envisioned the creature diving deep underwater during a battle, using Trickle to link with allies and providing restoration through water of life while being nearly untouchable.
Satisfied, he used Observation Haki to scan the ship, then teleported directly into his cabin.
With a thought, the cultivated creature materialized before him.
It was… a young girl with long, flowing light blue hair. Her figure was delicate, and most noticeable was the blue fishtail—she was a mermaid.
"Master," the girl greeted softly, her voice filled with respect and warmth.
"Call me 'sir,'" Mio corrected gently.
"Yes, sir," the mermaid girl replied without hesitation.
"Your legs… You can't survive on land, right?" Mio asked, frowning thoughtfully.
"Yes, sir," she nodded. But right after answering, a soft blue glow rippled across her tail—like seawater brushing over it—and the fishtail transformed into slender human legs.
"Oh? So you can transform." Mio was intrigued. He glanced at her bare body, then pulled out a shirt and handed it to her. "Put this on for now."
"Also, your name from now on will be Xiaowu."
"Xiaowu understands." She took the shirt seriously, remembered her new name, and dressed herself. Though her body still looked young and underdeveloped, she stood straight before Mio, awaiting her next command.
Mio didn't say anything further. Instead, he sat down and silently ordered in his mind, "Extract abilities."

This time, even without caring about the specific abilities, just obtaining portions of the cultivated creatures' full attribute sets would enhance Mio's strength.
But as it turned out, the abilities were worth getting excited about.
