Tony just shook his head with a smile and turned in a different direction, flying away.
Even from the air, it was clear that the guy in the red and silver suit could easily handle those thugs.
He wasn't going to bother with that crap.
...
...
"Alright, spill it! Where's that Kingpin jerk?"
Amon grabbed the thug with the tear tattoo on his face by the collar and pressed him against the car window. The thug's face was pressed against the glass, and Amon's brute force made him moan in pain.
"I don't know what you're talking about! Let go! It hurts! It hurts!"
The thug gritted his teeth, whimpering at Amon. He knew where Kingpin was, but if he told him, he was dead. Kingpin was the king of the underworld. He knew the consequences.
"Sigh, wouldn't it be better to just tell me?"
Amon sighed in exasperation. His eyes suddenly hardened, and he lifted the thug up, slamming him hard against the hood of the car.
"Sss!"
The thug curled up in pain, his body trembling uncontrollably. He felt like his insides were shattered.
"Heh heh heh..."
He gasped for breath, his face covered in bloodstains from the pain.
"You're stubborn. It's okay, I have time."
Amon looked at the thug calmly, his heart unmoved. He had no sympathy for these thugs, especially this one, who had hurt many people. He could tell from the tattoo on his face. Three people had died at his hands.
Before the thug could speak, Amon grabbed his hand and squeezed.
Crack!
"Aaaaaah!!! I'll tell you! I'll tell you!"
The thug was going crazy. He couldn't understand how such a terrifying person had appeared. And his methods were far more brutal than he imagined. He really thought he would die if he didn't talk.
"You should have spoken sooner."
Amon's voice was impatient. This thug was wasting his time.
"Mr. Kingpin is at the abandoned FBA warehouse on the outskirts. He...he has an important deal there today."
The thug whimpered, spilling everything he knew.
"Good. You're cooperating."
Amon smirked, raised his hand, and slammed it into the thug's jaw. The thug's eyes rolled back, and he passed out cleanly.
Getting information from this thug wasn't that difficult. He had the Phoenix Force, and he could easily manipulate him into revealing what he knew. But he wanted to try out Kabuto's abilities, so he had chosen this method of interrogation.
"By the way, how long are you going to stay up there?"
Amon stretched his shoulders, casually turning towards the five-story building in front of him.
Bang!
A white figure leaped, flipping in the air, landing gracefully on the ground.
"How did you find me?"
Gwen was surprised. She had only been here for a short time, and she moved very quietly. She shouldn't have been detected.
Moreover,
She had strong stealth abilities, but this guy had pinpointed her location without even looking.
"Maybe I'm sensitive to sound, Ms. Spider."
Amon chuckled softly, studying Gwen. "By the way, Ms. Spider, what are you spying on?"
"What do you mean spying? I'm gathering intel!"
Gwen awkwardly kicked a piece of rubble with her right foot. "Hey, Unicorn, if you're going to see Kingpin, can I join you?"
"Why do you call me Unicorn?"
Amon was surprised.
"Don't you have a big horn?"
Gwen pointed at the large horn on his head.
"It's a rhinoceros beetle."
Amon leaned against the car, his voice lazy. "You're not afraid I'm a bad guy?"
This little girl was pretty bold. They had only met, and she was already talking about working together.
"Anyone who's an enemy of Kingpin is a friend."
Gwen replied without hesitation, her voice firm.
"You and Kingpin have beef?"
Amon was genuinely surprised. He hadn't expected this world's Spider-Gwen to have a grudge against Kingpin.
"He..."
"So, are you going or not?"
Gwen seemed hesitant, but she didn't give a reason.
"Sure, why not!"
Amon didn't ask further. He could sense the sadness in Gwen's tone. He figured even if he didn't go, Gwen would go anyway. In a direct fight, there was a good chance Gwen wouldn't be a match for Kingpin. If he remembered correctly, Kingpin's strength could overpower Spider-Gwen in a head-to-head confrontation.
He walked to his motorcycle, turned around, and sat on it.
"Spider, hop on."
Amon waved to Gwen, who was standing a short distance away.
"No, I..."
Gwen shook her head, about to decline, when she heard Amon say, "It's all low buildings. Are you sure you can keep up with me?"
Hearing this, Gwen looked around Hell's Kitchen...
It was true. In Hell's Kitchen, using her webs to swing would be a waste of time. After much hesitation, she got on Amon's motorcycle.
...
...
...
On the outskirts, outside an abandoned factory surrounded by trees.
The large factory emitted a faint yellow glow. It looked like a lumber mill. Even though the light was dim, you could still see figures patrolling around the factory. Each of them was armed with a gun.
"Shh..."
Amon stopped the motorcycle from a distance and made a shushing gesture to Gwen. He swiped his right hand across the motorcycle, a green snake-shaped pattern appearing on the back of his hand. The motorcycle vanished instantly.
"Where's the motorcycle?! It was right here!"
Gwen's eyes widened in disbelief. The motorcycle had been right in front of her! And most importantly, she hadn't felt any fluctuations. Who was this guy?
"What, curious?"
Amon turned to Gwen and asked.
"Of course."
Gwen nodded seriously. If she had that ability, her fighting power would increase exponentially.
"If you want to learn, I'll teach you later."
Amon almost rubbed her cute little head but stopped himself.
"Teach me later?"
Although Amon was wearing a helmet, his voice was different, a little muffled. But Gwen felt like she had heard that phrase before.
"I think I've heard that somewhere before."
