Chapter 2 - Rape

Hazel was on the floor, her back pressed against the wall, wrists bound tight. The ropes cut into her skin. Muffled groans escaped her, the only sound in a room heavy with fear and uncertainty.

The creak of the door made her flinch. Her head jerked toward the noise, heart pounding. She couldn't see him at first, but she knew someone was there... watching.

"Umm…"

A weak, hesitant sound slipped past her gag, drowned by the panic inside her.

She recoiled, pressing herself harder against the wall. Panic surged through her. There was no way out.

Why am I here? What's going to happen to me?

Rafael.

Was this about him? Did Francisco… kill Rafael?

Her thoughts raced... until something stopped them... cold.

Fingers... cool and careful... brushed against her cheek.

Hazel froze. Her entire body tensed. She knew that touch.

Francisco.

"Hazel!"

His voice rang out... cold, commanding, and sharp.

She winced.

Then he lifted her blindfold.

She could finally see him... those piercing ocean-blue eyes locking onto hers.

No remorse.

No fear.

No trace of guilt in his stare.

Tears welled in Hazel's eyes.

Francisco, the one behind all her suffering, stood over her with a chilling calm that made her shiver. He removed the cloth from her mouth, his fingers grazing her lips.

"Hazel Somerset."

"What do you want?" Her voice shook.

"Why did you bring me here?"

"Why did I bring you here?" Francisco repeated her question slowly, almost mockingly. His cold fingers traced her bare shoulder, exposed beneath the off-shoulder bridal dress.

Hazel's expression twisted with disgust as she tried to pull away from his touch.

"To enjoy the wedding night, Hazel," he said, a twisted smile spreading across his face.

Her eyes widened in horror. The words struck her like ice. Before she could react, he grabbed her and shoved her onto the bed. Hazel's heart pounded as she tried to move, but his grip on her arms grew tighter.

"You dare not think about it."

Francisco cupped her face with one hand, his touch deceptively gentle. "Hazel, you have beautiful eyes, you know," he said, his voice disturbingly calm.

"These beautiful eyes will make me soft again."

"But right now, I will just show you who I am actually."

The strong stench of alcohol rolled off him as he leaned closer. Then, without warning, he blindfolded her again.

"What are you doing?"

"Stop it!"

Hazel struggled harder as his lips crashed against hers in a forceful kiss. Panic surged through her. Her mind reeled in disbelief.

No...

Is he serious?

I can't let him do this.

She fought against the ropes binding her, desperate to break free. But Francisco no longer felt human... he had become something else entirely.

A monster.

Hazel's attempts to resist were crushed by harsh reality when he bit down on her lips, sharp pain ripping a cry from her throat. Before she could even process what was happening, her dress was torn violently from her bosom.

"Stop!"

Her scream echoed through the mansion, but it vanished into the silence, swallowed by the darkness around them. In panic, she tried to cover herself, pulling her bound hands over her bosom.

But Francisco, showing no mercy, grabbed her wrists and forced them above her head. His grip tightened until she couldn't move.

He attacked her exposed bosom with rough kisses and harsh bites, driven by nothing but his twisted desires.

Hazel gasped for breath, her cries muffled by the heavy darkness pressing down on her.

'No, this can't be happening,' she thought.

Francisco didn't stop. He licked and bit at her buds, ignoring her pain and pushing her deeper into helplessness.

"Please, leave me, Francisco," Hazel begged, her voice shaking.

But Francisco didn't listen. Rage and desire burned in his eyes—a dangerous mix that fed his cruelty.

Hazel sobbed through her tears, her voice broken.

"Don't… please."

Her pain only pushed him further. Blinded by his belief in betrayal, he grew rougher, more violent.

"Stop… Stop it," she pleaded again, her voice echoing in the empty, uncaring walls.

He didn't stop. His hands reached her most private places, stripping away what little dignity she had left.

'You didn't push him away… so why me, Hazel?'

His bitter thoughts twisted into cruel action. Ignoring her cries, he bit her belly, leaving marks as brutal as the pain inside her.

Then he spread her legs.

There was a cruel softness in the way he touched her... an awful, mocking tenderness.

"No," Hazel whispered, her voice shaking, her eyes blindfolded and helpless in the dark.

"You will do this with him, right?"

Francisco's voice was low and calm, cutting through everything like a blade. Hazel pressed her lips together, trembling, unable to answer.

"Hazel!"

Francisco called her name as he tightened his grip on her waist.

Her pleas for mercy hung in the air like smoke.

"Please…" she begged, her voice trembling, every word filled with desperation.

But Francisco didn't hear her... or didn't care. He continued his assault, pushing past every boundary with cold determination.

When he finally entered her, Hazel's world shattered. Her mouth opened in a silent scream, her breathing quick and shallow.

Everything inside her screamed in pain. Tears streamed down her cheeks.

Through her sobs, she found the strength to speak.

"Rafael will kill you…"

"I won't spare you."

Francisco's jaw clenched at the mention of Rafael. Without a word, he thrust deeper, silencing her cries. He leaned in close, his voice low and full of cruel satisfaction.

"Don't spare me, then, darling," he whispered darkly.

"And Rafael… he's no more."

"From now on, I am your future."

Hazel's body trembled. Her heart pounded as she tried to process what he'd just said.

Rafael… gone?

The words hit her like a punch to the chest.

Her mind spun. Her cries stopped. Her body froze.

The shock washed over her, numbing everything else. Francisco's voice echoed inside her head. Rafael, the man I was supposed to marry… gone.

"Rafael!"

A broken cry escaped her lips as fresh tears fell. But she couldn't move. It was like her soul had left her body.

Francisco didn't stop. There was no remorse in his eyes. He continued until he reached his peak, while Hazel lay motionless beneath him... just a shell.

Hazel, I know I'll never have the light. But if I can't have it… no one else will either.

His thoughts twisted with obsession as he forced her to bear the weight of what he had done.

You are mine.

Only mine.

Hazel Somerset… you are only mine.
