[That night.]
Grafarious: 'Kael, sorry, I just saw the message that you left.'
Kael: 'No worries, sir, I just wanted to ask how many days it was that Kane suicided after he entered the cave?'
Grafarious: 'It was the next day, the day after he returned from the camp.'
Kale: 'Thanks, and sorry for disturbing you.'
Grafarious: 'Fine, but why are you asking me all this?'
Kael: 'I am trying to investigate it.'
Grafarious: ' I understand that you lost your brother and wife because of whatever is in the cave, but you have a son, so I don't want him to be left in this world as an orphan. I suggest you not go into the cave.'
Kael: 'I am not going into the cave, I am just investigating it.'
Grafarious: 'Ok.'
Kael: 'Sir, how is Blake performing?'
Grafarious: 'He was performing very well for someone who just started their academy, but still has a long way to go.'
Kale: 'Goodbye, sir.'
Grafarious: 'Bye.'
[In Blake's room.]
Blake: I am supposed to train my sealing.
[After a few minutes of thinking.]
Blake: I am too lazy today, so let's call it a rest for the day.
[Next day, in Blake's room, everyone went to breakfast, except Blake and Scott. They were going and were on the way.]
Blake: "Scott, where does your magical staff guy stay?"
Scott: "Why do you want?"
Blake: "Some work."
Scott: "I will tell you where he lives, but what is the work?"
Blake: "He was in my uncle's batch, so I just wanted to ask something."
Scott: "Ok, after classes I will take you."
Blake: "Fine."
[Both of them reach the dining hall, complete breakfast, and Blake goes to his training place where Storm is waiting.]
Blake: "Good morning, sir."
Storm: "Good morning."
Blake: "Are we practising the same thing as yesterday?"
Storm: "Do you have your own spear?"
Blake: "Yes, sir."
Blake: I want a weapon.
[A spear appears in Blake's hand.]
Storm: "Spatial spear, nice"
[Storm stretched his hand out for the spear, and Blake handed it to Storm.]
Storm: "Titanium spear, very good, but it will break if you fight with a bunch of strong monsters, so be careful."
Blake: "Ok, sir."
Storm: "Today, we will practice it with your spear."
[After 3 hours.]
Storm: "You are showing better progression with yours than others. Anyway, the time for today is up. Go to lunch."
Blake: "Thanks, sir."
[Blake goes to lunch, and when he is almost finished with his lunch.]
Blake: "Do you know where the next class is?"
[Everyone is blank.]
Blake: "Ok, then let's just follow the group."
[After completing lunch, Blake, Jane, Scott and Spencer followed the crowd and reached the class. They enter and sit.]
Teacher: "Hi, students, I am Bryson. Can you start by introducing yourself?"
[After the class introduction is done.]
Bryson: "Ok, now, as it is our first class, let us learn what the things are that can turn into grave dangers if ignored. The setting can be considered to be in a forest."
[After 2 hours, when everyone is moving out of the class.]
Blake: "It was a very productive one."
Scott: "Yeah, yeah, very productive that everyone slept as soon as he started."
[The 4 of them reached their room.]
Blake: 'Scott, take me where that guy lives.'
Scott: 'Fine, come. And his name is Richard, don't call him guy there.'
[Blake was out first, then after a minute or so, Scott moved out, and as he went, Blake was waiting there.]
Scott: "Blake, are you just gonna know about your uncle or also try to investigate?"
Blake: "Both."
Scott: "As expected, here we go, this is where he lives."
[Scott points at a house in front of them.]
