Chapter 114 - Chapter 114: Mission Complete

In the distant night sky—

Obito, dressed in a black cloak, emerged from Kamui's space atop a towering building. He gazed out at the devastated village of Kirigakure, a faint smirk appearing on his lips.

The shinobi village that killed Rin…

Deserved to be destroyed.

In Obito's line of sight, the Six-Tails appeared only half the height of the complete-body Susanoo.

He also knew—after tonight, Uchiha Yu would possess two Tailed Beasts.

"Think of it as me storing them with you for now."

Obito muttered to himself.

After all, Yu didn't possess the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path. Even if he captured Tailed Beasts, he had no way to properly handle them. At most, he could seal one inside himself as a Jinchūriki. The Akatsuki would have plenty of chances to deal with him later.

On the battlefield...

The orange-red complete-body Susanoo drove the Totsuka Blade swiftly through the Six-Tails' abdomen. Flames spread across its body like wildfire, engulfing it entirely.

Squelch—

The Six-Tails expelled white mist. Despite being pierced by the Totsuka Blade, its body remained unscathed, protected by a violent surge of chakra from within.

At this moment, it was in a state of absolute fury.

The dense exhaust vents atop its head opened wide.

It intended to form a Tailed Beast Bomb—to annihilate everything in front of it.

Sensing the devastating energy condensing—

Yu's expression turned a shade more serious. But this time, he didn't give the monster a chance to explode.

Susanoo instantly closed the distance between them.

From above, Uchiha Yu looked down upon the Tailed Beast.

In his eye sockets, the Yasakani spun. Yin-Style chakra, transformed from the Three-Tails' chakra, surged violently into the Six-Tails as their eyes locked—directly overwhelming it.

The complete-body Susanoo and the Six-Tails entered a brief standoff, frozen in place.

From afar, Obito seemed to sense an opening—he prepared to strike at Yu.

He knew all too well that no matter how powerful a Mangekyō technique was, it always had a weakness.

When Yu was controlling a powerful Tailed Beast, he'd enter a rigid state—that might just be his vulnerability.

In that instant—

Obito's pupils shrank.

He suddenly sensed something was off.

He looked down.

The ground split open beneath the street.

Hssss—

A crimson serpent burst from the rubble, maw wide open, fangs bared. Its forked tongue flickered menacingly as it lunged at Obito.

Obito's Mangekyō spun in response, releasing Yin-Style chakra in an attempt to cast genjutsu on the serpent.

But the king serpent's single eye flashed crimson, revealing the Yasakani Mangekyō pattern within it.

"Damn it!"

Obito didn't have time to use Kamui.

He had to rely on his Mangekyō's passive intangibility—then instantly teleporting toward a nearby building.

He'd stayed in Kamui's dimension too long.

He hadn't even noticed when Yu summoned this serpent.

Boom—

The serpent, named Garaga, lunged into the sky, jaws snapping shut on Obito's right leg—but bit through only air as Obito had already gone intangible.

From afar—

Within Susanoo's gemstone "cockpit," Yu watched the skirmish between Obito and Garaga.

He had never expected Garaga to actually defeat Obito. He just hoped that while he was focused on controlling the Six-Tails, Garaga could tie Obito down.

With that in mind, Yu turned his attention back to the Six-Tails.

Using the Three-Tails' chakra against the Six-Tails?

Far too easy.

For a moment—

The illusion placed on the Six-Tails by Obito was released by Yu, and the beast was marked with the Yasakani Seal. The once-rampaging Tailed Beast fell silent in an instant.

Mangekyō Sharingan techniques were already natural counters to Tailed Beasts—let alone something like Yasakani, which specialized in mental domination.

Rumble—

On the other side of Kirigakure, the snake Garaga, still under the control of Yasakani, had chased Obito all the way to the coast.

"Damn it!"

Obito had tried to mess with the one-eyed king serpent using genjutsu, only to discover the creature was completely unaffected due to the Yasakani seal.

After a series of evasive moves—

He finally caught a breath.

"Goodbye!"

Seizing his chance, Obito shot a sharp glare at the crimson serpent pursuing him and coldly said:

"Next time, I'll deal with you properly!"

With that, space distorted, and Obito vanished into Kamui.

Once again, Garaga bit at empty air.

It crashed heavily to the ground.

The one-eyed crimson serpent regained its focus, turning its massive head toward the center of Kirigakure.

Seeing the complete-body Susanoo glowing orange-red, it felt the dark and ominous chakra pulsing from it—its spine shivered, its body trembling.

But once it sensed the wild chakra coming from the Six-Tails, the giant serpent shook violently.

"That's a Tailed Beast!" Garaga muttered in fear. "That Uchiha… even has the power to suppress a Tailed Beast?!"

Only now, after seeing it with its own eye—

Did Garaga realize just how terrifying that Uchiha man truly was.

But before it could linger—

It dissolved into smoke, forcibly reverse-summoned by Uchiha Yu.

At the same time...

The flames surrounding the complete-body Susanoo began to dim. The dark tengu-like armor slowly peeled away, the wings faded, and all of it gradually vanished into the night sky.

The full moon glowed pale.

The land lay in ruins.

After this great battle, the thick white fog that once shrouded Kirigakure had long dissipated.

Silvery moonlight now spilled onto broken buildings. The survivors, still paralyzed with fear and panic, were drowning in lingering terror.

Most of them—including the Mist shinobi—stood in shock and confusion, gazing helplessly at the devastated streets.

This battle had destroyed a fifth of the island village's structures.

Kirigakure had yet to return to peace.

From every corner, one could still hear cries of sorrow, wails for help.

But from another perspective—

With the Mizukage sealed, and the village's upper leadership gone—Obito driven out—

Kirigakure had lost its former order.

On a night-shrouded street...

Yu took advantage of the brief moment before the backlash from using complete-body Susanoo reached its peak. He downed a vial of green medicine and then led little Suigetsu toward the Six-Tails.

When they reached the massive, slug-like creature—

A task notification popped into Yu's mind:

> [Main Quest]: Ally

[Option]:

1. Help Kirigakure restore order.

Quest Complete!

[Reward]: The Perfect Jinchūriki Body

Note: No sealing technique required. The body can perfectly contain Tailed Beasts. No limit on quantity.

Yu's eyes flickered as he thought: Mei Terumi must already be restoring order in the village. With that, every quest was completed ahead of time.

He focused inward—and was stunned to discover a strange spatial void had formed inside his body, like a black hole, capable of holding specific energy entities.

Thinking of this, Yu looked up at the Six-Tails before him.

The giant, gray-white slug-like creature was lowering its head to meet his gaze. The eyes on its antennae glowed with the mark of the Yasakani.

Little Suigetsu watched in horror as Yu calmly approached the Six-Tails, raising his hand and pressing it against the mucus-covered surface of the beast.

In the next instant—

Suigetsu's pupils trembled.

The massive monster that had just ravaged their village—was dissolving into crimson chakra energy, absorbed directly into Uchiha Yu's body.
