Yun Xi rolled her eyes at him and propped her chin with one hand, gazing out the window. Her eyes grew increasingly unfocused as she watched the night scenes slip by, slowly feeling a bit tired.
"Feeling sleepy?" Seeing her eyes gradually squinting, Lu Xize asked softly.
The sudden sound of his voice startled Yun Xi awake. She abruptly turned to look at Lu Xize with wide eyes, trying to appear very spirited: "Nope! Why would I want to sleep?"
Lu Xize raised an eyebrow at her reaction and then chuckled quietly. Only when the traffic light ahead turned green did he start the car again, shaking his head in amusement: "Ah! Women, really are such creatures of contradictions, clearly tired and wanting to sleep, yet won't admit it."
