The news of the reinstatement of the college entrance exam spread nationwide, even reaching small places, causing a stir among many displaced educated youths with no way back.
Especially with the note above: how could the allocation of jobs by the state after graduation not excite people?
One must know that in the city there are more people and fewer jobs, otherwise why would there be the "Up to the Mountains and Down to the Countryside" movement, if not to solve the surplus labor problem?
