"The doctor said my right ear is going to be deaf." Mia Ginger looked at him and suddenly spoke.
Koa Jackson was taken aback and said solemnly, "No, it won't."
"It really will be deaf." Mia stood still, looking up at him, bewildered, "My ear is buzzing, I can't seem to hear what others are saying, what should I do?"
"Are you scared?" Koa stopped walking too, asking her seriously.
"Not scared, I still have one side that can hear." Mia frowned and thought for a moment, muttering, "But like this, I feel even less worthy of you."
Koa's heart trembled, and suddenly he picked her up and held her in his arms.
Mia was startled, feeling both awkward and embarrassed, she grabbed his collar and wanted to jump down.
