With the help of his shrewd little ally Ji Yu, Old Master finally got an extra night to spend time with his precious granddaughter.
However, when Le Tong had not yet fully opened her heart to accept this fact, that night, it was far from being as wonderful as Old Master had imagined.
Old Master accompanied Baobao inside the house, while Le Tong, Ji Rui, and Yang Sheng took a walk outside for two or three hours. By the time they returned to the mansion, it was almost dinner time.
Old Master was a contented person. Even though things didn't turn out quite as he expected, being able to watch Le Tong up close like this already made him feel very happy.
