"Then I'll wait for you all." With a definite answer, Old Master Walyon let out a long sigh and hung up the phone.
After finishing the call with him, Summer Sutton tentatively dialed Watt Bennet.
"Grandpa just called, said he wanted you to join him and the others for dinner later. Mom and Dad will be there too. They… probably miss you a lot." Summer Sutton spoke cautiously, gauging Watt Bennet's reaction on the other end of the line.
She knew, given Watt Bennet's personality, he had no plans to return for such a long time, and before he truly decided to return to the Walyon Family, it would be hard to persuade him to meet the Walyons.
Summer Sutton was just trying her luck; if Watt Bennet didn't want to go, there would be no choice but to skip it.
But to her surprise, Watt Bennet only paused for a moment before simply replying with one word, "Okay."
