The villagers have a rather simplistic mindset; many of them don't overthink things when they happen. They mostly just focus on their own little plots of land, but the leaders have keenly noticed that this place with nothing but beautiful scenery is about to become popular!
The leaders initially thought about whether they could use this opportunity to bring some prosperity to the surrounding villages. But before they could figure it out, Shuangshuang had already come up with the solution and presented it to them. This was not just a pillow for their drowsiness! After finishing the presentation on the plan to enrich the nearby villagers, Shuangshuang emphasized one thing she considered most important: all recreational activities must have clear pricing, and arbitrary fees should not occur.
