Maya Spencer listened to Liam Spencer's comforting words, spread her arms, and hugged him tightly, seeking a sense of safety.
The two embraced tightly. Maya stood on her tiptoes, resting her chin on Liam's shoulder, and said sentimentally, "Brother Three, things have been very unsettled lately, always making me feel like something else will happen."
"It's all in the past, everything will be fine," Liam kissed her cheek, comforting her.
"Hmm hmm!" Maya nodded, hoping it would be so.
"The day after tomorrow, it's the Shaw Clan Group's 20th anniversary. Cheer up, Aron Hanson won't have any problems."
"Hmm!" Maya responded softly, though she didn't really want to go. With her uncle involved in such a big incident, she wasn't in the mood and didn't want to be looked at as some sort of freak. With Aron's situation, naturally, people would gossip.
However, Lucas Shaw wasn't just anybody; even if she didn't want to go out, she still had to show Lucas some face.
