Chapter 366 Illuminati: Plan Success
Even if Aquaman wasn't a hero known for speed, as a superhuman, his speed was still beyond what ordinary people could react to.
Even Black Manta, wearing the battle suit made by the Illuminati that comprehensively enhanced his physical fitness, could only barely keep up with Aquaman's speed at this moment. By the time the second light beam on Black Manta's visor was still charging up, Aquaman had already pounced in front of him.
Ducking to avoid the two scarlet light beams, Aquaman grabbed Black Manta's helmet directly with both hands. With a cracking sound, Aquaman tore Black Manta's helmet in half, revealing his true identity.
The rage in Aquaman's eyes seemed to materialize, but he was very surprised when he saw the true face of his enemy, because the face under the mask was not Black Manta at all. Although it was also a black person, it was vastly different from Black Manta.
"Where is he!" Aquaman asked sternly, knowing he had been played by Black Manta.
"You'll never know." The fake Black Manta mocked the Lord of the Seven Seas in front of him. He quietly pulled out Black Manta's trident hidden in his battle suit and stabbed it towards Aquaman's head.
"Slap!"
Aquaman dodged the trident's stab sideways, grabbed the trident body, and then pulled along the momentum, dragging the fake Black Manta over.
"Bang!"
Supporting the fake Black Manta in the air, Aquaman raised his right leg and kicked him directly in the chest. The armor on the fake Black Manta's chest shattered upon impact, and he spat out a mouthful of fresh blood, flying backwards and crashing into an instrument. Crackling sparks flashed, and the instrument was directly scrapped.
"Cough cough cough!"
The fake Black Manta coughed violently, fresh blood flowing from his mouth. Fortunately, thanks to the protection of the armor, his injury only looked frightening, and it wouldn't be life-threatening for the time being.
Before the fake Black Manta could catch his breath, a dark shadow had already shrouded him. The fake Black Manta looked up, and the dark shadow was none other than Aquaman.
"I'll ask you one more time." Aquaman pressed the trident he had seized against the fake Black Manta's scalp.
"Where is he!"
"Hehehe!"
Due to his injury, the fake Black Manta could only let out a weird laugh, but this did not prevent him from mocking Aquaman.
"So eager to know, then I'll tell you." The fake Black Manta said after estimating the time in his heart.
"Boss guessed your action long ago. He already surfaced in a small submarine before you chased after him. He should have escaped to the ground by now."
Hearing the fake Black Manta's words, Aquaman's face turned terribly dark. Coupled with the fact that he was backlit, Aquaman's complexion was no different from his enemy's at this moment.
"You little fish, I wonder if you can still jump around when you get ashore."
"Whoosh!"
Aquaman suddenly erupted, pulled out the trident, and stabbed it towards the fake Black Manta underfoot. The speed was really too fast, and Jackson, who had just walked over, couldn't react at all.
The fake Black Manta was covered in sweat. The trident stopped at the tip of his nose, the sharp trident tip piercing his skin, and warm fresh blood flowed out, running down his cheek and into his battle suit. Normally, this wouldn't happen, but Aquaman had destroyed his battle suit, resulting in it losing its airtightness.
The reason Aquaman didn't stab down wasn't because he didn't want to, but because Yang Le's right hand was grabbing the trident body, preventing Aquaman from killing the fake Black Manta.
"Calm down, Arthur." Yang Le tensed all his muscle, knowing that **Ripjaws'** power was still not enough to wrestle with Aquaman, also thanks to Aquaman not using his full power.
Even so, Yang Le felt severe pain in his palm. This was because he didn't grab the trident tightly immediately, and the trident body actually slipped out of his palm for a while. It was like grabbing a rope without any protection measures. Yang Le was sure his palm was definitely friction burned.
Not only that, Yang Le's body belatedly gave him feedback in other places. He estimated that many places all over his body had received strains, and muscle tears were also possible. This was only because he stopped Aquaman's attack.
It has to be admitted that ordinary alien heroes are very difficult to compare with Tycoon-level Super Heroes. Maybe many people think Aquaman is just a super hero with no special features, who only knows how to talk to fish, because of this Meme, *The Boys* even has a hero Deep Sea modeled after him.
But Aquaman's reality is far more than that. This one possesses the strength to pull continental panels. Although not as good as Superman, not just anyone can take advantage of him.
"We still can't kill him." Yang Le controlled the Omnitrix and transformed into **Four Arms**, not to wrestle with Aquaman, but just to clear the negative effects on his body. One of the Omnitrix's abilities is that after the wearer transforms, it will clear all injuries received in the previous form, but unfortunately, the injuries received by the wearer's true form cannot be cleared.
"Since he can become Black Manta's stand-in, it means his relationship with Black Manta must be unusual. Otherwise, Black Manta wouldn't have chosen him, and he wouldn't willingly resist a superhuman's rage for Black Manta. We can get a lot of intelligence about Black Manta from him."
Aquaman remained silent, but he loosened his hand holding the trident, looking like he was persuaded by Yang Le. The fake Black Manta, seeing that Aquaman was not preparing to kill him, was preparing to say something, but was slapped by the discovered Yang Le with his second right hand and then fainted.
"Notification to the Atlantis troops." Aquaman breathed a sigh of relief and said to Jackson behind him.
"Let them arrest everyone here!"

Somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean, some bubbles suddenly emerged on the peaceful sea level, and then a small submarine surfaced. The hatch on top of the submarine opened, and Black Manta, wearing an ordinary battle suit, crawled out from inside.
Taking off his helmet, warm sunlight shone on his body. Black Manta greedily breathed mouthfuls of fresh air. The salty sea wind naturally drilled into his nostrils. His mood hadn't been this good for a long time.
This was not just because he escaped from Aquaman's hand and played that Lord of the Seven Seas around in circles, but even more because his mission was completed.
Taking out a glass jar from under his battle suit armor, inside it stored a palm-sized meat chunk, precisely what he cut from that lump of big meat chunk.
"Rumble!"
The roar of an airplane came. Black Manta looked up, and a seaplane was flying towards his direction. Looking at that familiar livery, Black Manta knew the people picking him up were here. Because of his good mood, he rarely waved his hand at the plane.
"Looks like he succeeded." **Ra's al Ghul's** corner of mouth turned up. "The most important step in the plan succeeded. It seems this world will eventually return to the embrace of light."
(End of Chapter)
Chapter 367: Big Event Approaching
Lex Luthor took the glass jar handed to him by Black Manta. After hefting it in his hand for a moment, he placed it on a pre-arranged instrument and began to operate the instrument's control panel.
"How is it?" Black Manta walked to Luthor's side, craning his neck to look at the control panel. "Is it still usable?"
He had gone through all sorts of hardships to bring this thing back. Although he had played Aquaman for a fool, he had also lost a batch of subordinates in the process. He had trained these subordinates for a long time. If the thing he brought back was useless, his mentality would definitely be even more explosive than Aquaman's.
Luthor raised his head, looking at Black Manta with a smile at the corner of his mouth, and said, "Of course, its state is excellent, just like a little boy who has carefully dressed up to please his beloved girl."
"That's good." Black Manta breathed a sigh of relief in his heart, and looking at the smiling Luthor, he couldn't help but smile too.
"Now, we have all the things we need." Lex removed the glass jar from the instrument, and took it to another instrument.
This instrument also had a huge glass tank on it, filled with green liquid, looking just like Superboy Conner's cultivation pod. Luthor inserted the small glass jar in his hand into the slot on the instrument, and then tapped a few times on the control panel.
The meat chunk in the small glass jar was sucked into the cultivation pod through the connected conduit. After coming into contact with the liquid inside, the meat chunk, which had been motionless, suddenly began to beat like a heart.
"Will it go berserk? Just like the time the Justice League fought it," Black Manta asked worriedly.
"Maybe," Luthor still smiled, not taking Black Manta's worries to heart at all. "If we let it grow on its own, it might be like that when it's completely restored, but I won't give it this opportunity. Before that, I will turn it into a good baby who only obeys our orders."
After speaking, Luthor unplugged the glass jar that originally contained the meat chunk, and took out another glass jar that had been prepared long ago. What was inside was no longer a meat chunk, but a tube of red liquid.
He inserted the glass jar containing the red liquid into the slot, and tapped the button a few times. Like the meat chunk before, the red liquid was also sucked into the cultivation pod.
"You've used all the ingredients, what if it fails?" Black Manta couldn't help but ask when he saw the scene in front of him.
"I'm just responsible for throwing ingredients into the pot," Luthor shrugged. "Whether the magic potion in the crucible is successful or not, Klarion needs to personally appear."
As soon as Luthor finished speaking, with a 'pop', Klarion the Witch Boy appeared with Teekl, his cat, his eyes fixed on the thing in the cultivation pod, nodding in satisfaction, and constantly stroking Teekl's head in his hand.
"Luthor is right," Klarion the Witch Boy raised a hand and aimed it at the cultivation pod. "Stirring the crucible still requires the wizard to do it himself."
Purple-black light lit up in his hand, and the liquid in the cultivation pod suddenly rotated, as if really stirring a crucible. The red liquid and the meat chunk gradually entangled together in the rotation, gradually becoming inseparable, and finally merged together.
The blue-purple meat chunk was gradually dyed red by the liquid. Under the maneuver of Klarion the Witch Boy's magic, the meat chunk began to change shape, changing from an irregular meat chunk to a five-pointed starfish at a speed visible to the naked eye.
This strange scene attracted Black Manta's attention. He couldn't help but take a few steps forward, wanting to take a closer look, but the center of the five-pointed starfish suddenly opened an eye.
The starfish, only the size of a slap, had an eye bigger than a human's, which looked very bizarre. Not only that, but on the five tentacles of the starfish, there were densely packed countless tiny tentacles.
"Chirp!"
No one knew where the sound came from, but the starfish still screamed and rushed towards Black Manta who was examining it, and then slammed into the glass cover of the cultivation pod with a 'bang'. Even so, the starfish still persevered in squeezing towards the glass cover.
"It looks very energetic," Black Manta nodded in satisfaction, turned to look at Klarion the Witch Boy and asked.
"But there is only one, are you really sure it can be the same as what we thought?"
"Don't worry," Klarion the Witch Boy retracted his magic hand and continued to stroke Teekl. "Even if I don't go looking for them, those red guys won't give up this opportunity. They are a group of hungry dogs who will come smelling the flesh, as for the quantity, look."
Following Klarion the Witch Boy's finger, Black Manta turned his head and looked, and found that the starfish in the glass tank had turned from one to three at some point, all stuck to the glass cover, squeezing outwards in the direction of him, Klarion the Witch Boy, and Luthor respectively.
"They perfectly inherited Papa's ability, splitting is naturally not difficult," Luthor stepped forward, admiring the hideous starfish through the glass.
"It's just that they look a little too overexcited," Black Manta said with his arms folded. "Won't they attack us?"
"Don't worry, I'll teach them what to do and what not to do later," Luthor said with a smile. "Now let these good babies sleep for a while, green."
As soon as Luthor finished speaking, the three originally excited starfish suddenly froze, and then fell off the glass cover, floating in the cultivation pod, obviously losing consciousness.
"Notify other Illuminati members," Luthor straightened up and turned to look at Klarion the Witch Boy and Black Manta behind him.
"Our plan is only one last step away, and light finally chose us."
————Divider Line————
Looking at the huge meat chunk dragged out of the submarine, Yang Le knew that the plot seemed to have some similarities, but the result might be different from before.
The huge meat chunk in front of Yang Le was none other than the corpse remains of Starro the Conqueror, the Justice League's first enemy. In the plot of Young Justice, the Light would invent a powerful hypnosis chip by studying Starro's corpse.
The mind control ability of this chip even surpassed its material provider Starro. You must know that even Starro could not completely control Martian Manhunter, but the hypnosis chip could control Martian Manhunter in an instant.
Not only that, but because the hypnosis chip is a combination of technology and creature, even Red Tornado, who is a machine, can be controlled, which means that even silicon-based life may be controlled by them.
However, even if Starro's corpse appeared in front of Yang Le, Yang Le could not be 100% sure of the Light's real purpose. After all, the animal plant mineral man event still has no explanation.
Yang Le felt inexplicably in his heart that a big event was about to come.

Chapter 368 Big Event - Wild Alliance (1)
"Oh damn it."
Golden Vanguard tidied his hairstyle. For his image, he had to spend a long time grooming his appearance every morning. All of this was because he had to play his persona well, a self-centered, fame-and-fortune-seeking, and extremely annoying person.
Honestly, in the process of protecting the Time Stream, what made Golden Vanguard most tired was the step of appearance management. Even being misunderstood had never made him so tired. He really didn't know how Bruce Wayne, that Playboy, did it.
"Ha~ah." Golden Vanguard yawned. He was still maintaining the Time Stream in the early hours of last night, and this morning he still needed to attend a Meeting of the Justice League. This caused him to be drowsy throughout the Meeting, and he only heard about five or six tenths of the Meeting's content.
He wasn't very clear about the specific situation, only knowing that Atlantis seemed to have had an accident. However, seeing that Aquaman could still come to attend the Meeting, he guessed it shouldn't be a Big Event. Anyway, there were plenty of people in the Justice League, and they didn't lack an ordinary person like him who was as weak as a chicken. He should just go home and get some sleep first.
Through the Teleportation Device of the Watchtower, Golden Vanguard successfully returned to Earth. However, he didn't choose his home as the landing point. He was now sleepy and hungry. Golden Vanguard planned to go to a restaurant nearby to have breakfast first.
As for the uniform, Golden Vanguard didn't plan to change it either. His mask didn't cover his mouth, and it wasn't the first time he had gone to a restaurant for a meal wearing his uniform. In order to maintain his arrogant persona, he had often flaunted himself in public like this.
"Ding-ling!"
"Good morning, Regina. Butter Bread with Cheese Scrambled Eggs, Egg and Bacon Set Meal, a small Tuna Sandwich, and another Coffee."
Pushing open the glass door of the restaurant, Golden Vanguard didn't need to look at the menu. He skillfully placed his order and found a seat to sit down by himself.
"Hey, Golden Vanguard!" The woman called Regina was a sexy Puerto Rican woman. If she hadn't been married already, Golden Vanguard would have launched an offensive against her long ago. Although this might be unfair to his future son, Regina was really charming, especially her figure.
Golden Vanguard also really liked Regina's voice. Perhaps it was because she had sung her national folk songs since she was young. Regina's voice was very pleasant to listen to, so Golden Vanguard would greet her every time he came. However, today her voice was a little off.
It's not that it wasn't pleasant to listen to, but there was something different about it. Although the drowsiness made Golden Vanguard's brain dull, it didn't turn him into an idiot.
Secretly raising his vigilance in his heart, Golden Vanguard still sat in his seat nonchalantly, nodding his head little by little as if he could fall asleep at any time. In fact, Golden Vanguard was observing the surroundings by changing angles through occasional nods. The very cool golden visor blocked Golden Vanguard's line of sight, allowing him to observe the surrounding environment unscrupulously.
But what made Golden Vanguard feel strange was that he didn't find anything strange. Until Regina brought his meal up, he hadn't noticed anything unusual.
"Your breakfast." The smile on Regina's face was as charming as before, but with a hint of stiffness. At the same time, Golden Vanguard also saw her winking at him, as if to remind him of something.
Golden Vanguard understood in his heart. Although he didn't know what was going on, Regina must have encountered some trouble.
"What happened, Regina?" Although Golden Vanguard couldn't guess, he was already so close to Regina. Even if something unexpected happened, he was confident that he could guarantee Regina's safety.
When Regina heard Golden Vanguard ask this, her eyebrows immediately drooped, her eyes moistened, and she put on a tearful expression. Before Golden Vanguard could take another look, Regina covered her face.
Golden Vanguard couldn't bear to see this. He immediately stood up and put his hand on Regina's body. Golden Vanguard saw her shoulder shaking and knew that Regina must be crying, so he immediately spoke comfort.
"What's wrong? Did something happen? Why don't you tell me, maybe I can help."
Golden Vanguard comforted her while helping Regina sit down. In order to reassure her, Golden Vanguard even leaned down to close the distance as much as possible within a reasonable range.
"My... husband, was... kidnapped by them." Regina said intermittently. When Golden Vanguard heard "kidnapped," he immediately straightened his expression. And because Regina's voice was too soft from covering her face and crying, he had to close the distance a little more.
"Who are they? You don't need to be afraid. The famous Golden Vanguard is here. I will definitely bring your husband back safely."
Golden Vanguard's words seemed to give Regina courage. Her shoulders stopped shaking, and her hands slowly left her face. Just when Golden Vanguard thought he could see a beautiful face with pear blossoms and rain, the scene in front of him scared him so much that he almost retracted his testicles into his belly.
"Regina"'s beautiful face had vanished without a trace, revealing a metal face skin that shimmered silver under the reflection of the lights. Scarlet light shot out from the dark eye sockets. This was not some soft young woman at all, this was clearly a T-800.
Just as Golden Vanguard was about to pull away, "Regina" used both limbs to tie him up. At the same time, it also opened its mouth. Golden Vanguard watched as an eye opened in that dark throat.
As soon as he saw that eye, he felt his eyes blur, and a red, palm-sized thing had already darted onto his face. He could feel dozens of sticky tentacles, less than the thickness of a little finger, wriggling on his face. The goal of that thing was very clear: desperately trying to drill into his mouth.
Of course, Golden Vanguard couldn't let the other party get their wish. No matter what it was, even if he was starving, he couldn't swallow just anything into his mouth. But even if Golden Vanguard didn't open his mouth himself, the other party had a method to make him open his mouth.
"Pu-ka!"
"Regina" seemed to have anticipated this kind of thing happening. Another arm grew out of nowhere on its body, and it smashed it against Golden Vanguard's belly. Golden Vanguard, with his physical resistance, could only be forced to open his mouth.
At the first moment his mouth opened, Golden Vanguard knew he was done for. Sure enough, that sticky thing drilled into his body along his throat. "Regina" seemed to have achieved its purpose. After that thing drilled into Golden Vanguard's mouth, it immediately released him.
"Ough!"
As soon as he was free, Golden Vanguard began to claw at his throat to induce vomiting, but it was obviously too late. Golden Vanguard immediately changed his approach and prepared to ask the Justice League for help.
"Justice League, Justice League, this is... uh!"
Just as Golden Vanguard contacted the Justice League, he felt changes happening to his body. A burning sensation came from his belly and began to spread to his limbs. Golden Vanguard's consciousness was also constantly disappearing. His eyes began to wander until he saw a mirror for guests to tidy up their makeup.
He saw "himself." His physical body was constantly swelling. His fur began to grow rapidly, gradually covering his skin. His teeth also began to become sharp, and his canine teeth grew several centimeters longer.
Then he lost consciousness.

Chapter 369 Big Event - Wild Alliance (2)
"Wonder Woman, where are you?"
Diana, who had just changed out of her uniform, received a communication from Batman before she could even change her clothes. Diana picked up her communicator without complaint and responded,
"This is Wonder Woman, I am at home, what is the business?"
"There is a situation in Midway City, I need you to go there."
"Midway City?"
Wonder Woman frowned upon hearing the destination, even pausing her action of changing clothes for a moment, but she quickly recovered, picked up the red boots on the ground and put them on her delicate feet.
"Isn't that Hawkman and Hawkgirl's territory? Why not call them over?"
"Because they are the ones who are in problem." Batman's tone was low, just listening to his tone, one could tell that the situation was definitely not optimistic.
"Someone witnessed Hawkgirl first fighting a robot in the air, although Hawkgirl quickly defeated the enemy, Hawkgirl suddenly went berserk, Hawkman, sensing this, wanted to stop Hawkgirl but also had an accident, now they are causing a scene in Midway City."
"Understood." Wonder Woman put on her equipment one by one and said to Batman.
"I am ready, teleport me to Midway City."
"Understood."
As soon as Batman finished speaking, Wonder Woman, who was at home, turned into a white light and disappeared without a trace.
At the same time, after a white light in Midway City thousands of miles away, Wonder Woman, who had just disappeared from home, suddenly appeared on the block of Midway City.
As soon as Wonder Woman stood still, she saw the block turned into a sea of fire, the panicked crowd, and the police maintaining order and resisting the enemies.
"I have arrived, Batman." Wonder Woman scanned the surrounding situation, looking for the whereabouts of Hawkman and Hawkgirl. "But I don't see Hawkman and them, can you track their position through the communicator?"
"I have already done so." Batman's steady sound rang out, he was indeed as reliable as always, always able to be one step ahead of everyone.
"The tracker shows they are rapidly approaching your position, now they are above your head."
Wonder Woman raised her head upon hearing this, first she saw a few brown feathers falling down, and then she saw two figures with huge wings, although facing the sunlight directly, this could not obstruct Wonder Woman's line of sight.
"Zeus above."
The scene before her made even Wonder Woman exclaim, are those two creatures flying in the air really Hawkman and Hawkgirl?
At this time, Hawkman and Hawkgirl were already very different from before, human feet were replaced by sharp and powerful eagle claws, brown feathers covered their whole bodies, their helmets were long gone, but they didn't have to worry about their true identity being exposed, both of their heads had now turned into the heads of birds of prey.
If it weren't for the uniforms still worn on the two beasts, Wonder Woman might not have been able to recognize who they were.
Just as Wonder Woman was sizing up the two, Hawkman let out a loud howl and swooped down towards Wonder Woman, Hawkgirl followed closely behind, the two beasts attacked Wonder Woman one after another.
Wonder Woman was after all a veteran of hundreds of battles, she reacted immediately, lightly tapped the ground with her toes, and dodged the pursuit of the two birds of prey with a very light posture, while not forgetting to report the scene situation to Batman.
"I saw Hawkman and Hawkgirl." Wonder Woman drew the sword and shield from her back and assumed a fighting form. "But their situation is very special, they have both turned into beastmen."
"Beastmen?" Batman murmured in a low voice. "Can you describe it in more detail?"
"Clang!"
Wonder Woman used her shield to block Hawkman's hammer, and after knocking the latter away, she used the sword in her hand to deflect Hawkgirl's slash.
"They look like a fusion of birds of prey and human right now!"
She ducked under Hawkgirl's claws, Wonder Woman supported herself on the ground with both hands, and kicked Hawkgirl's chin with her strong and beautiful legs, she also took advantage of the situation to use a backflip to dodge Hawkman's pursuit.
After landing steadily, Wonder Woman continued to speak.
"At the same time, they have lost their reason, and are attacking me recklessly, although the offensive is fierce, their movements are very simple, not particularly difficult to deal with, I will knock them unconscious and bring them back to the Hall of Justice."
"Pay attention to your own safety, Wonder Woman." Batman looked at the microcomputer on his arm, the screen showed a world map, and there were many red dots on the map, not only Midway City, but also Central City, Keystone City, Metropolis and other places were marked.
"If you feel danger, retreat first." Batman continued to instruct. "Not only Hawkman and Hawkgirl, Justice League members all over the world have encountered similar situations, this is obviously a conspiracy against the League."
Wonder Woman's pupils shrank, not because she was afraid after hearing Batman's words, but because she was shocked that so many partners had been harmed.
"Superman?" Wonder Woman once again forced back Hawkman and Hawkgirl, asking about the person who came to mind first after hearing Batman's words.
If Superman also became like Hawkman and Hawkgirl, it would undoubtedly be the biggest bad news, the power of the God of the Mortal Realm is something no one can ignore.
"Superman is in Metropolis, good news, he has not had an accident." Batman replied.
"Guys, I think you should give me some confidence." Superman's sound suddenly rang out in the channel, even though the situation was emergency, his tone was still as calm and steady as usual, just with a hint of resentment.
"How are things going on your end?" Batman ignored Superman's resentment and asked in a businesslike tone.
"Not good." Superman said in a low voice, looking at the enemy in front of him.
In front of him, there was a lion-man wearing a black uniform, with a huge yellow lightning symbol on his chest, based on his clothes, it was not difficult to recognize that this lion-man was Shazam's number one enemy, Black Adam.
Blue lightning wrapped around Black Adam's body, black lion mane fluttered in the wind, looking majestic and awe-inspiring, powerful beast claws accompanied by lightning pounced towards Superman.
"Roar!"
The roar of the king of beasts was chilling, if an ordinary person encountered it, they would probably have been scared out of their wits, but his opponent was Superman.
Superman's gaze narrowed slightly, facing such a ferocious beast, he did not dodge or avoid, but rushed forward head-on, before Black Adam's beast claw could touch Superman, Superman's iron fist had already slammed into Black Adam's face.
After a mournful cry, Black Adam became even more ferocious, opened his bloody mouth and bit directly at Superman, with a crunch, he bit firmly on Superman's right arm that had just thrown a punch, and then blue lightning climbed all over Superman's body along the beast fang.

**Chapter 370: Major Event - Feral Alliance (3)**
Gotham, the city of eternal sin. Ask residents for the most beautiful city, and opinions might differ, but the most chaotic? The answer is unanimous.
Unlike most cities, Gotham's chaos has rules—until today, when it erupted into full-blown madness.
Batman remained silent on the comms, coordinating with the Justice League while tracking Gotham's uninvited guest. A feral figure—nearly seven feet tall, resembling a leopard—loomed. The man's tattered gear and missing communicator suggested it was Booster Gold, who'd gone silent after contacting the League ten minutes prior.
But without his tracker signal, Batman could only guess.
"ROAR!"
Booster Gold charged the GCPD's shield-wielding vanguard. Wayne Tech-armed officers collapsed in seconds, no match for the beast's strength.
"ANESTHETIC GUNS! NOW!" Commissioner Gordon barked, as always at the front line. His relentless dedication kept Gotham's police ranks replenished.
Snipers took aim, their crosshairs weaving a net of death.
The beast roared, swatting a car with its tail and hurling it into the police line. Chaos erupted as vehicles scattered and officers fled.
The car skidded to a halt, its mangled frame shielding Batman as he leapt onto the Batmobile.
"Hello, Master Wayne."
"I'm here, Alfred."
The Batmobile reshaped mid-motion, transforming from a sleek car into a spider-like armored vehicle.
"I need to remind you Master, even mutated, Booster Gold remains human. Perhaps avoid overkill?"
"Don't worry, Alfred." Batman gripped the controls. "I'll apologize afterward."
"Though I'd prefer the apology be to a lady."
Batman ignored Alfred's matchmaking and triggered the Batmobile's systems.
*CRACK!* Two eight-millimeter machine guns erupted, firing rubber slugs at the feral figure.
The bullets weren't lethal—just enough to sting.
*BANG!*
A net cannon fired, ensnaring Booster Gold in electrified webbing. Struggling, the beast fell unconscious as the Batmobile's restraints tightened.
"Batman, can you hear me?"
"This is Batman, what is the situation?"
"From the Watchtower. We've got bad news—the feral mutations aren't limited to League members. Civilians are showing signs too."
