After Kelsey took the pills, she drifted back to sleep. It was the perfect chance for me to leave and return before the drug wore out. I didn't even run into Sylus at the gate, just a few other guards who had no interest in me.
Maybe, I should investigate him. He doesn't seem like he was trained to be a bodyguard. He's too arrogant and definitely not polite. Maybe he's a spy sent to keep an eye on Kelsey.
Is it her father again? I must kill that man.

My lieutenant was already waiting for me by the gate. I entered the backseat, and he turned halfway to salute me.
There's no need for that.
"Drive,"
"Yes sir!" He responded, started the engine and headed straight to the location.
The uniform was neatly folded and placed beside me. I peeled off the shirt I was wearing and slipped into the uniform jacket, adjusting the flat top cap in a way that one couldn't see my face until I took it off.
