Out of the corner of Whitebeard's eye, a small boat appeared, rapidly approaching at lightning speed!
"What… what is that?"
Whitebeard's expression changed drastically, a strong sense of unease rising in his chest.
"Huh? Is it an enemy?"
Scuard dropped his relaxed demeanor and exchanged solemn glances with the men behind him, signaling for everyone to be on guard and ready to fight at any moment.
Soon, Whitebeard and the others noticed that there was only one person on the boat.
A man with a fierce face, wearing a scarf, and holding a trident!
His presence was so overwhelming that when Scuard and Wydibe saw him clearly, they couldn't help but blurt out his name at the same time—
Katakuri!
After all, Katakuri was the second-ranked figure in the Charlotte Family—widely recognized as the future heir of the entire Big Mom Pirates.
A true second-in-command of an Emperor's crew, and a fearsome pirate with a bounty exceeding one billion berries!
Someone of his caliber would easily rank among the top three powerhouses in the Whitebeard Pirates!

Wydibe and Scuard exchanged a glance, suddenly sensing that something wasn't right.
Katakuri definitely wasn't here for a friendly visit!

A terrifying thought flashed across their minds, one they didn't dare say aloud.
Was Katakuri here to fight them?
Scuard was the first to react. He gripped his massive blade and shouted angrily at Katakuri:
"Katakuri! This isn't a place you should be wandering into!"
"Turn around and leave now, or we'll treat you as an enemy!"
While Scuard was issuing his warning, Whitebeard had already begun secretly contacting the rest of the crew, alerting them that Katakuri had arrived alone.
Katakuri lifted his head and glanced coldly at Scuard.
That look—
It was as if he were looking at trash.
"…I'm sorry," Katakuri said sincerely. "Honestly, I didn't want to make a move against you."
Then his tone suddenly shifted.
"But I guess… you're just out of luck."
"You've met someone today that you shouldn't have crossed."
"Perhaps… this is your fate!"
Scuard and the others were stunned.
Wait—was Katakuri really planning to attack them?
Before anyone could react, Katakuri activated his Devil Fruit power!
He conjured a massive arm made of mochi out of thin air. Like the arm of a giant, it swept across the deck with overwhelming force!
Boom!
The ship beneath Scuard and the others was crushed in an instant by the sheer might of that giant fist!
Pirates flew into the sea one after another!
The more unfortunate ones—
Were killed outright by the devastating blow!
Some died instantly, with no chance to escape.
Others—were hit so hard that not even their bodies could be recovered.
No one could have imagined…
That the heir of the Charlotte Family would launch a lethal surprise attack without warning!
