At this moment, Madam Shyarly (Xia Li) paid no attention to the voices around her.
She was still immersed in the results of the divination she had just performed—the terrifying vision of the future she had seen.
Her breathing was heavy, her face drenched in cold sweat, and her expression filled with fear.
"If we don't come up with a solution soon, disaster will strike!"
"They... they're coming!!"
The surrounding mermaids and fish-men exchanged puzzled looks, uncertain about what she meant.
"Hey... Madam, what's wrong with you?!"
Shyarly slowly lifted her head, her face pale with dread.
"I didn't want to see it. Sometimes, ignorance is better than knowledge."
"But today... I felt something unusual."
"By accident, I caught a glimpse of the future!"
"Fish-Man Island... will face a terrible catastrophe!!"
Her words stunned the gathered fish-men.
"Hey, hey! Could it be… was that your divination, Madam Shyarly?"
"What did you see?!"
"Please, tell us!!"
Amid the panicked cries, the horrifying vision she had seen replayed in her mind.
Her body trembled uncontrollably, as if she had fallen into an icy abyss.
"I... I saw a flag! A pirate flag with a skull wearing a blindfold and wings!"
"A human led a group of others, mercilessly slaughtering people on Fish-Man Island!"
"Fish-Man Island… was engulfed in flames!"
"Countless fish-men were beheaded and hung around the island like trophies!"
Meanwhile, outside Fish-Man Island.
The Kamui Pirates' ship hovered in the sea not far from the giant bubble that protected the island.
Staring at the massive shield, Gojo Satoru walked up beside Kronos with a slightly puzzled expression.
"It looks like we can't just go in," he said.
"Are we breaking through, Captain?"
Kronos gazed at the enormous bubble surrounding Fish-Man Island and fell silent in thought.
They could break through forcefully—but doing so would cause the ship's protective coating to peel off.
At their current position, they were in the outermost layer of Fish-Man Island's defenses.
Here, only air surrounded them. If the ship fell, it would plummet into the deep sea.
Beyond this bubble was another layer—filled with turbulent seawater.
Only after passing through that turbulent zone would they truly arrive at Fish-Man Island.
In other words, the next area was beneath the island—its ocean floor.
But what was the correct way to enter?
Even Kronos wasn't entirely sure.
His eyes shifted subconsciously toward a shadowy region at the base of the island—Fish-Man District.
"Is entering through Fish-Man District the proper route?" Kronos muttered to himself.
Fish-Man District was the base of the New Fish-Man Pirates—a lawless, crime-infested zone on Fish-Man Island.
It was also the refuge of many human pirates and other outsiders.
This was why Kronos considered landing through Fish-Man District—fewer rules, fewer obstacles.
But after a moment's thought, he dismissed the idea.
Too much trouble.
Might as well force their way in.
Let the shipbuilders handle the repairs later.
With that in mind, Kronos said softly, "We're going in."
Hearing this, Gojo smirked. "Got it!"
Soon, the ship began to move.
It charged straight toward the bubble shield of Fish-Man Island.
Boom!
The bow of the ship crashed through the protective shield.
But as expected, the coating on the ship peeled away in the process.
As the ship passed fully through the bubble, it began to fall.
Before it could descend too far, Kronos activated his ability.
Boom!
The ship trembled but hovered, stabilized by Kronos' power.
He turned back to his crew with a reminder.
"After this layer is the turbulent sea. Stay alert and brace yourselves. Don't get swept away!"
The crew grinned confidently.
"Don't worry, Captain!"
Kronos nodded and activated his Devil Fruit power.
Black mist surged from his body, forming an armor-like shroud that cloaked him entirely.
With that, he guided the ship through the final bubble layer.
Boom!
Inside Fish-Man Island – Coral Continent.
In Mermaid Bay, where many mermaids lived, over a dozen young women with beautiful faces and curvaceous figures were playing in the water as usual.
Unbeknownst to them, six human pirates were lurking behind coral stones, watching with greedy eyes.
"Damn, these mermaids are too cute!"
"And each one's a total beauty!"
"If we catch them all, think of the money we could make!"
But before their fantasy could go further, a scar-faced pirate in front of them doused the excitement.
"Don't be stupid. There are six of us, and more than a dozen of them."
"If even one of them gets away and reports us, we're dead!"
The others laughed sheepishly.
"Haha, yeah, we know. Just wishful thinking!"
The scar-faced man grunted and refocused.
"Pay attention. Once two or three separate, we move in."
The other pirates nodded excitedly.
"Got it!"
Just then, something strange happened.
Above the previously calm sea, a sudden change occurred.
A massive bubble burst forth from below, rising rapidly with a surge of current.
With a deafening crash, a violent wave erupted across the water's surface.
BOOM!!!
