As for Heinz, why did Axel regard him as a true friend? It was quite hard for Axel to find a guy with whom he could get along so well. And Heinz was that person. More than that, if there was someone whom Axel could tell everything he knew, without placing any control failsafe on them. The first person in that line of trust would be Heinz.
