"Since they're one of the planners of the Holy Land incident?"
"This Revolutionary Army leader must be taken seriously."
"Their strength is probably no weaker than Dragon's."
"..."
Hearing the kings of the allied nations exclaim one after another, Moa wanted nothing more than to bury her head in the ground.
It was just too embarrassing.
And don't say she wasn't weaker than Dragon, why not just say she could stand shoulder to shoulder with Rosse?
If she really had that strength, she would've found a chance to break out of the Holy Land long ago. Who would want to stay there as a toy?
"Alright, continue the introduction. That Revolutionary Army leader is very cautious; their identity hasn't been exposed yet, but once they are exposed, it will be the end of them," Rosse spoke calmly, and with one sentence he quieted the room and earned strong agreement from the other kings.
If Rosse hadn't shut them up, they'd have been gushing praise for at least ten more lines.
After all, there's a difference between the World Government and Rosse possibly coming after them, and Dragon and the Revolutionary Army definitely causing them trouble.
"Moa!"
"Yes!"
Moa instinctively straightened, clamped her legs together, and arched her back.
'Ugh... this damned body...'
Good thing she was standing behind Rosse, apart from Stella, no one could see her small movement.
Realizing the scene she hurriedly straightened and continued describing, "Right now the Revolutionary Army is split into two power centers. The old Revolutionary Army led by the mysterious commander focuses on conservatism and recuperation, aiming to find loopholes in the World Government and then strike decisively. We predict that the next action by that commander will also be a major incident..."
'Ahem... when did I become so impressive?'
'It's not that I want big events, being beside Rosse, everything he deals with is a big event.'
Moa grumbled inwardly, but her mouth didn't stop, "On the other side is the Revolutionary Army led by Dragon. After the Holy Land incident, and with Dragon ushering in the Age of the Great Gods, his prestige on the seas has soared, and many joined the Revolutionary Army because of him."
"Judging by his actions, he knows no bounds. Whatever the World Government supports, he opposes. Dragon's deeds are no longer worthy of calling him part of the Revolutionary Army, they're more like rebellions against the World Government."
When Moa said that last line, she meant it with all her heart.
She truly believed Dragon wasn't fit to be called part of the Revolutionary Army.
He did no real good, either waiting for destiny or plotting to be a rebel and overthrow the World Government.
But the Revolutionary Army's original intention was to liberate the people, to let ordinary folks live without oppression from the elite.
Look at what Dragon just did: he stole all the doctors from the Drum Kingdom and destroyed the factories and pharma plants.
Moa could guess Dragon's reasoning.
Wasn't he thinking those factories and drug supplies were supporting the World Government? Destroying them would weaken the World Government's power.
Dragon clearly hadn't thought about how the civilians would survive after those factories and labs were destroyed.
When she was handed to Rosse, she had been imprisoned in the Drum Kingdom, so she knew that environment well.
The Drum Kingdom is an eternal winter country, unsuitable for farming or herding. The civilians could eat only because they traded medicine and industrial goods for food.
Now Dragon cut off that lifeline and, as a final blow, took away the doctors. To Moa, that behavior was worse than directly slaughtering civilians.
Killing might be quick and decisive, but claiming to give people freedom and then watching them starve was even more demonic than Rosse himself.
Moa scolded inwardly, and the speed at which she revealed intel about Dragon's side sped up considerably, "The Revolutionary Army that attacked the Drum Kingdom should mostly be Dragon's faction."
"Apart from Ivankov, the right-hand man, the hulking, simple-faced officer is named Bartholomew Kuma. Like Ivankov, he was once a slave of the Celestial Dragons, descended from the Buccaneers tribe, and is a Paw-Paw Fruit user, evaluated at B-class..."
"And the tall pink-haired female officer is named Ginny. She was also once a slave of the Celestial Dragons in her youth, born in the Porco Kingdom of the Grand Line, and is an expert in theft, eavesdropping, and communications. Evaluated at D-class..."
The more Moa spoke about Dragon's officers, the less psychological burden she felt.
Though they were all Revolutionary Army, recounting Dragon's actions made them seem no different from pirates.
'What kind of Revolutionary Army are you? You're just pirates wearing a revolutionary skin.'
'Freedom?'
'Do the people really want freedom? You go and "liberate" them willy-nilly.'
'Where originally few would starve in a year, after you "liberate" them half would be dead, and only those willing to leave with you might fare better.'
Moa had been assigned by Rosse to handle Revolutionary Army-related intelligence, so she was well aware of the conditions in those "liberated" countries.
The more she learned, the heavier her heart became.
That's also why she hadn't planned anything since the Holy Land incident.
Wrong direction, doing more would only make things worse.
To put it bluntly, all the Revolutionary Army's efforts so far have been side effects.
They can comfort themselves that revolution requires sacrifice, but the World Government isn't declining; on the contrary, thanks to Rosse, their rule is virtually unshakable.
Everything they've done has only increased casualties.
Sometimes Moa even mocked herself: if the Revolutionary Army truly wanted people to live well, the best method wouldn't be opposing the World Government, it would be helping implement the Employment Association.
With a Employment Association as a minimum safety net, at least everyone could maintain basic food and shelter, that alone would be happiness for the vast majority.
"Alright, you all have a general understanding of the situation now."
After Moa finished detailing the Revolutionary Army's intelligence, Rosse pointed at the portraits on the big screen:
"These three are very distinctive, broadcast their images across the world. Whoever reveals the whereabouts of any of the three will get a 500 million bounty."
At that, every allied nation's king cooperated wholeheartedly, all nodding in agreement.
This was their fight, the Revolutionary Army's target was them, the kings. They were the ones most eager to see these three dead.
"Next, the Drum Kingdom's infrastructure was completely destroyed and needs massive supplies to rebuild. Otherwise, with that eternal winter climate, most will starve," Rosse tapped the table calmly.
The room fell silent at once.
Asking them to fight the Revolutionary Army was one thing, after all, it was about their own safety, but asking them to supply Drum Kingdom for free was absolutely impossible.
"Arabasta will be responsible for the supplies during Drum Kingdom's reconstruction," Titi stood up cooperatively, saying she would take on all the resources for Drum Kingdom.
"Thank you, Regent Titi, and thank you, Prince Rosse!", Wapol was overjoyed, standing and bowing repeatedly.
'Good people!'
He had only given Rosse a warm welcome earlier, who would have thought it would return such abundant rewards.
The other kings looked at Wapol with slightly changed expressions, some envy in their eyes.
Being attacked by the Revolutionary Army and still having someone cover your back, this treatment wasn't something every allied nation enjoyed.
Sure enough, there are benefits to following Rosse.
'What Figarland? I don't even know them!'
Stirring them up to cause trouble for Rosse and not giving a single benefit, who's going to do business for you folks?
