Gray woke up later that morning feeling lighter than he had the night before.
He felt refreshed now that he wasn't thinking about things anymore. It was also nice since that thing was out of his mind now that he offered help to them.
That was why even if he was getting up early in the morning, there was still a big smile on his face.
After getting up, he quickly went outside to prepare breakfast. The two kids were still asleep because of tiredness from yesterday's shopping, so he had peace in the early morning. However, he was sure enough that in an hour or two, peace would disappear. So he decided to quickly prepare breakfast so he could take his sweet time after.
Gray went directly to the kitchen and opened the pantry to see what he could do. His forehead creased when he noticed that their stocks were low. There were just a few snacks left, and fresh ingredients to cook was almost gone.
"It seems like I need to restock already," he quickly shook his head.
