Yoshimura Kousan asked Ryuji for a detailed account of the incident. However, Ryuji had only received a system mission to rescue them and wasn't privy to the details. After all, the listening device and tracker were just an excuse Ryuji used to explain how he knew.
In the end, Ryuji could only claim that the listening device and tracker were damaged, stating that he also didn't know the specifics of the incident.
However, Ryuji did share his analysis of the situation.
"Boss, are we really going to let that guy Nishio Jin go? This whole incident was very likely caused by him!" After finishing his analysis, Ryuji asked Yoshimura Kousan about how Nishio Jin would be dealt with, as this guy struck Ryuji as a troublemaker.
"Ryuji, I will handle this matter. You don't need to worry about it!" Yoshimura Kousan gave Ryuji his assurance.
Hearing this, Ryuji didn't ask any further questions.
Renshu Shihou stayed for a short while before leaving the antique coffee shop.
Meanwhile, Kaneki Ken, who had been placed in an empty room, suddenly woke up. Upon waking, Kaneki Ken immediately felt the bloody taste in his mouth.
Kaneki Ken immediately touched his tongue with his hand, then looked at his fingers and saw blood on them.
Instantly, Kaneki Ken panicked and shouted, "Hide!"
Although Kaneki Ken had lost his reason at that moment, it was precisely because of this that he was terrified he might have harmed Hideyoshi Nagachika.
Then, the door to the room was pushed open. The person who opened it was Yoshimura Kousan.
"You're awake!" Yoshimura Kousan blurted out as he opened the door.
"Where's Hide?!" Kaneki Ken anxiously asked.
"Follow me!" Yoshimura Kousan didn't waste any words and gestured for Kaneki Ken to follow him.
Soon, Kaneki Ken followed Yoshimura Kousan to the adjacent room. Seeing Hideyoshi Nagachika lying on the bed, Kaneki Ken felt a sense of relief, but quickly became worried again.
"Is Hide okay?"
Kaneki Ken asked.
"He's fine. He'll probably sleep for a while longer," Yoshimura Kousan replied.
"Thank you!" Kaneki Ken finally bowed deeply to Yoshimura Kousan.
"Um, what's with the blood in my mouth? Why am I here? Can you tell me about these things?" After confirming that Hideyoshi Nagachika was alright, Kaneki Ken became concerned about his own situation.
