Chapter 57 - The Genius in Chains"

A faint hum echoed through the metallic hallway. Cold walls, flickering lights, and the distant screams of tortured souls painted a reality far darker than any dream Sunny had ever endured.

But this time, it wasn't a dream.

Sunny opened his eyes slowly, his mind still foggy from the forced transition. His body ached, his thoughts scattered. As his vision adjusted, he realized he wasn't alone. Sitting quietly in the far corner of the cell was a man—or rather, a shadow of one.

He looked up.

"You," the man said, his voice smooth yet tired. "You're the one... the boy who tried to fight Amon."

Sunny froze.

Kael's sharp eyes pierced through him. "You led an army... tried to defy a god. And now, you're rotting here. Just like the rest of us."

Sunny clenched his fists. "I didn't lose. Not yet. First, I'll destroy this prison, this twisted system. And then... I'll find the truth behind Amon. And end him."

A silence followed, heavy and thoughtful.

Kael chuckled. "Still burning with fire. You remind me of someone."

He looked away, into the dark ceiling above.

"I once believed I could expose Amon. Reveal to the world that he was no god—just a manipulator, a twisted man drunk on control. But they laughed. Called me a traitor, a heretic. My mind was a threat, so he made me disappear."

Sunny stared at him, heart pounding. "You're Kael."

Kael gave a tired nod. "And you're in the wrong cell, aren't you?"

Sunny smirked. "Maybe it's the right one."

The two locked eyes—two sparks in a world of darkness.

This was no accident. This was the beginning of something much greater.
