My discomfort worsened after Nicole left. The headache was so severe that I pushed myself up from the bed, and searched for the drugs Dr Cole had prescribed for me. The same one that I Nicole believed she had been giving me even though I have been secretly spitting them out. I didn't need them because I wasn't sick, until right now of course, and I needed to take the drugs to feel better. But where will I get the drugs? I had no idea where Nicole kept them, and I did not care, until now.
I dragged my heavy feet across the room, and checked the possible places where I thought Nicole would keep the drugs. On my working table and drawer, on the bedside tables and drawers, on the only sofa in the bedroom but there was no drugs , and the discomfort was killing me.
