"Wh-What just happened?" thought Xu.
Sebastian licked his lips and the crimson blood covered his entire body. The disfigured body was thrown down to the ground by him as he walked back using the same path to his Palace. Xeno found Xu as he was startled by the events that had happened and grabbed his wrist and took him through the massive crowd that had started to disperse.
In the fifth dimension.
On the banks of a glistening river where the water seemed shallow yet deep and the dark green light of souls surrounded the view and the sky was bright green, Fifth Dimension Xu stood and admired the view of the river and the mountains on the opposite of it.
Multiple heavy footsteps were heard before Fifth Dimension Xu turned his head to greet The Black Emperor God with a gentle smile. The Black Emperor God's obsidian armor reflected the cries and green light of the river.
"One call and I would've come myself," said Fifth Dimension Xu staring at the sight.
"I have to leave that Palace every now and then anyway," answered The Black Emperor God with his hollow echoing voice.
"What brings you to me? A 'backup'," chuckled Fifth Dimension Xu.
"I found out about Danso's existence," said The Black Emperor God.
"What do you mean? Found something new? Something I'm not aware of?" asked The Fifth Dimension Xu.
"What is a fourth dimension being made out of?" asked The Black Emperor God.
"A soul, a vessel or body, and a consciousness," replied The Fifth Dimension Xu.
"Danso was created by the God of Sages as a temporary solution to the missing Pantheon Head of their Pantheon. 'He' disappeared after ending the Holy War of Gods and Outer Deities and has not appeared since the past two eras," explained the Black Emperor God.
"This was expected…Now I have confirmation," said The Fifth Dimension Xu.
"The Consciousness was forged from a pact where the God of Sages had defeated the King of Valhalla in the Fifth Dimension and in return the Mother of Death from the Wyrm Pantheon gave him a consciousness," said the Black Emperor.
"How did the God of Sages lose his memory then?" asked The Fifth Dimension Xu.
The Black Emperor ignored the question and continued explaining.
"The body was from the Narahara Clan's Head's dead baby and the consciousness and the dead baby merged giving it life as a Third Dimension Being. Then he threw the baby in this river," said The Black Emperor pointing to the river in front of them.
"River Styx…The River of Souls," said The Fifth Dimension Xu.
"That soul of Xu was compatible with that Third Dimension baby creating a Fourth Dimension Baby that was sent to the Fourth Dimension mainly the Narahara Clan," said the Black Emperor God.
"Then what about me? I am just a back-up to Danso in this scheme aren't I?" asked The Fifth Dimension Xu.
"Danso now has two paths…One where he can become 'Him' and one where he can become Xu and fall straight into 'His' trap," said The Black Emperor God.
"When you mean 'His' trap you mean…" said The Fifth Dimension Xu.
"Yes, now I'd rather sacrifice this guy to 'Him' to avoid the risk of Danso becoming 'Him'," said The Black Emperor God.
"Then why are you here?" asked The Fifth Dimension Xu.
"Because when he chooses to become 'Him', 'He' will come looking to you since you are his back-up, therefore come join me I can guarantee you power and protection," said The Black Emperor God.
"There is no greater purpose than to fulfil my role as a backup. I don't need anything from you," said the Fifth Dimension Xu.
"Then die with grace," said the Black Emperor God disappearing.
In the Mansion of Xeno.
Xeno was resting on the couch, Xu was punching a punching bag practicing his skills and Joseph sat on a rocking chair sipping his coffee.
"Where is the Ghost of Northguard right now?" asked Xu.
"Vladimir's Ghost did not get executed there's no one strong enough to…He's been spotted in the Underground occasionally yet no one caught him till date," said Joseph.
"What happened to the rule that if the Ghost dies then the King dies and if the King dies the Ghost dies," asked Xu.
"He's too strong, almost immortal," said Joseph.
"Then, let's find him. If we bring him to our side we will be the ones with an upperhand not Clan Destiny or Alpha," said Xu.
The next day.
They all sat down in a restaurant for breakfast. Their plan was that after breakfast they'd search the Underground for whereabouts or clues for where the Ghost of Northguard City was. They had no information on him, they did not know his name, looks, or anything they were going in blind.
All they knew was the last place where he was spotted in the Underground near Felesse Runery.
Xeno was eating his food before suddenly a waiter came and threw their food in the trash even though they did not complete it. Xu clenched his fists, slammed them and stood up.
"What was that?" screamed Xu at the waiter.
The waiter gave Xeno a death stare before Xeno put his hand on Xu's shoulder.
"He's a new guy he does not know, I am sorry," said Xeno before rushing Xu away from the place.
On the streets while they were walking to the secret entrance to the Underground a few people started to shoot guns out of nowhere. Everyone went and hid either in shops, houses, behind trees, or anywhere they could find. Xu stood there not moving and instead of fleeing back he took a step forward. The men started to laugh at the cowardice of the people and mainly were mocking Xeno's reaction.
Xeno held Xu back and took him away and they continued to walk. During all this Xu looked at Joseph.
"What's going on?" asked Xu.
"Nothing, nothing kid," said Joseph patting Xu on the back.
Rage. Rage started to build in Xu's soul.
Last night.
"Why did you bring him here?" asked Joseph.
"What do you mean why? You of all people should know why," replied Xeno.
"He is an unpredictable force…If he learns about the treatment you receive here since you lost your right over the Colony and gave it as a way to pay for Xu's exit and the respect you lost…He will go crazy," said Joseph.
"If I want to become king…Uncle I need that force," said Xeno.
While walking through streets multiple men purposefully pushed Xeno and Joseph around and then when one of them tried to push Xu, he grabbed his shoulder and threw him to the ground.
All the other men got startled and yelled.
"Do you know what you just did? You won't live here for another second," said one of the thugs.
"Lets see if you will," said Xu and he began chasing after them.
"Why didn't you hold him back this time?" asked Joseph.
"He wouldn't let me," said Xeno, closing his eyes.
Xu chased all the thugs hitting them with one or two punches and knocking them out. As the man who threatened Xu he continued to sprint faster than the other and Xu caught a glimpse of a purple machine turning on from his feet.
"Sorcery of Blood:- Pressurized Carnage," said Xu.
A red ball of liquid started to form in Xu's hand as it slowly started to boil and turn unstable. Then Xu dragged the ball back and threw it onto the thug who was slowly starting to get away from his vision. An explosion followed with crimson blood splattered all across the street and all the civilians started to scream, panic, and sprint away to safety.
Xu made sure the attack would not hurt the thug too badly, it would just incapacitate them for a while.
Joseph and Xeno caught up with Xu and without looking at them Xu posed a question.
"How long has this been going on?" asked Xu.
Joseph explained the entire situation behind their bad reputation to Xu as he listened with no words.
"Since it's because of me you lost your respect…it'll be because of me you guys will get it back," said Xu.
The three quickly hid among the crowd afterwards and moved slowly and cautiously towards the Underground.
Meanwhile,
Aldarian stared at his hand which withered away. Deoxys stood in front of him stretching, almost enjoying this fight and the guaranteed victory this move made him bring.
Deoxys charged up another 'Time Wither' attack and proceeded to launch his fist towards Aldarian's face. He quickly dodged this by inducing 'Gravity' onto his hand and reducing the weight of gravity on himself therefore reducing friction and floating upwards instantaneously like a reflex.
"If I can go faster with 'Gravity' by reducing the effects of gravity on myself and changing the acceleration due to gravity on myself…Can I theoretically…" thought Aldarain with a smirk on his face.
Deoxys charged up his soul energy and smashed Aldarian's head as Aldarian quickly increased the weight of his hand by using 'Gravity' and slammed Deoxys down but Deoxys foresaw this by his 'Future' ability and dodged it before pausing time for one fatal blow.
'Gravity' bent the amount of time that was paused giving Aladarian a fraction of a second to conjure up his master plan. By accelerating himself past the speed of light he can theoretically time-travel backwards. Aldarian screamed as he increased his 'Gravity' ability past limits he never wanted to cross. Then he rushed to Deoxys and due to Aldarian currently being on par with the speed of light, Deoxys could not be able to see into the future past his attack therefore creating a paradox.
Aldarian accelerated and accelerated before his hand started to regenerate back as it was before and since the effect of 'Acceleration' was only on him his body healed while he was still present in the battlefield.
"Let's end it here? Shall we?" asked Aldarian as he charged up one final attack.
Deoxys grinned. "Fine then," as he got ready to unleash his attack.
By combining the effects of 'Gravity' therefore increasing the weight of his attack tenfold and 'Accelerate' making his attack much more quicker and with more velocity the force would be much greater Aldarian had the perfect move.
By merging multiple 'Frames' of the same 'Wither' and 'Time Bomb' combined attack it would mean the same devastating attack would be hit over a hundred times. Deoxys's master plan was this.
As they charged up their attacks they rushed to unleash them and as their fists collided dust started to rise up as a massive explosion was about to occur.
The explosion was massive as it was eating up most of the colony and eventually reaching other colonies devouring everyone.
At that crucial juncture a man appeared in between both Deoxys and Aldarian and held both of their fists.
"Negate,"
Both of their attacks stopped as the explosions came to a halt. The entire colony of Suchrasis was destroyed in an instant.
"Vladimir told me this would happen," sighed the man.
Deoxys and Aldarian were in shock as they both stared at each other and quickly got into a battle position.
"Negate," said the man again and this time both Aldarian and Deoxys's hearts stopped beating instantly as if their blood flow was negated and stopped working. They rolled to the floor and died.
"Thank god I came here on time," said the man as he looked at the destruction around him.
The Ghost of Northguard City had appeared in the frame. His name was Azer Walker, the Immortal Knight of the Kingdom.
Meanwhile,
Xu, Xeno, and Joseph were in the Underground traversing normally before a hand was felt on Joseph's shoulder.
"You made a mistake coming here. We tracked your soul energy and not only did you incapacitate Underground men you are from Clan X as well. Sebastian wants to see you," said a giant man with multiple enhancements.
Xu removed the giant man's hand from Joseph's shoulder and charged his gauntlets up.
"We did so because of the treatment the Leader of Clan X received. If Sebastian got the same treatment you'd kill him, not just knock him out," said Xu.
The giant man swung his arm and just before it connected with Xu's face, Xeno sent the man flying, breaking all his enhancements with a single punch filled with concentrated soul energy.
Viewing the man going flying , multiple armed Underground workers and thugs held the three and masked them before sending them to a court of sorts.
Once they reached the throne room where Sebastian sat, their masks were removed and they saw Sebastian relaxing eating an apple.
"Since you attacked multiple of my men…It's only valid if I kill you here itself," said Sebastian to Xeno.
"Excuse me, please don't do anything to Xeno, it was me, all me," said Xu. Joseph stood quietly with sweat forming on his forehead.
"Who is this guy? Your slave?" asked Sebastian as he walked closer to Xeno with a blade.
As Sebastian was getting ready to swing, his own head fell off and started to roll onto the ground.
"Sorcery of Blood:- Pressurised Carnage," said Xu.
Everyone in the room started to scream in shock as their leader's head rolled on the floor. The amount of enhancements that broke with his death caused a miniature earthquake in the Underground. Xeno and Joseph watched the scene in horror as Sebastian's body lay on the floor decapitated.
"I told you, don't do anything to Xeno," warned Xu to the dead body.
This was the moment Northguard City changed forever.
