"I really wish that everything was sorted out," Bethany breathed out tiredly.
Marissa sighed, before checking the time.
"Well, I guess my break is over, any moment from now, Leah will be out to drag me," she joked aiming to lighten up the mood.
And it worked because Bethany giggled at her words.
"You are so silly," Bethany stated while she watched Marissa put on the blindfold.
"I think I learnt that from you, I was the mature one between the three of us, surely, your attitude has definitely rubbed off on me," Marissa replied with a grin.
But her smile dropped when she realized she spoke about Rose.
"Come on now Rissa, you shouldn't let her ruin your day, just think of the happy memories we all shared," Bethany advised. She could see that Marissa was still shaken by the betrayal.
