Noticing the head maid's gaze, the little maid could only pout and climb off the bed, slowly shuffling toward the bathroom.
Hearing the sound of water flowing from inside the bathroom, the head maid shook her head, turned, and went downstairs, but she didn't go directly to the living room. Instead, she went to Aiden's room.
Gently opening the door, the head maid peeked inside. When she saw that there were three more women on Aiden's bed, she curled her lip.
"If this keeps up, there won't be enough rooms again!" she muttered quietly to herself.
"Later I'll have to buy food for three more people… In the future I should just buy a small truck, even the minivan isn't enough anymore."
Then she carefully looked over the faces of those women, and only after that did she gently close the door and head to the living room downstairs.
"Miss Manuela, how come you're up so early today?"
When she entered the living room, the head maid saw Manuela sitting on the sofa watching TV, and asked in some surprise.
"I went to bed too early last night." Manuela rubbed her face, and said to the head maid, "Roberta, when you go grocery shopping later take me along."
"A few days ago I heard someone say that the market you usually go to has live scorpions for sale. I'm planning to buy some and raise them as pets."
"Alright, when Fabiola comes down we'll head out." The head maid nodded, but she made no comment about Manuela's unusual hobby.
Not long after, Fabiola came down from the second floor. As expected, after dawdling for so long she ended up getting scolded by the head maid.
"You're getting lazier and lazier… And also, now that we have more space, the training from before needs to start up again…"
The little maid listened with a modest look on her face, but inwardly she didn't really care. This country was so safe, what use was all that training anyway?
And so, with the head maid's nagging, the three of them got into the minivan used especially for grocery shopping and left the villa.
———
After the three left the villa, which briefly became quiet, about ten minutes later there was activity again, the androids who also lived on the second floor began waking up one after another.
For them, sleeping was like shutting down for self-maintenance.
Although now their bodies had evolved along with Aiden's strengthening, no longer needing deliberate repairs, sleep was still a biological instinct. They were no exception.
After waking up, the androids also did washing up like the maids… well, it was more like maintenance. So they made sure to tidy themselves up beautifully too, so their commander would find them even more pleasing to the eye.
Of course, there were exceptions among them, like Yakor. More human-like than the others, she would take a bath after getting up, then carefully comb her hair (even though android hair basically didn't split or frizz).
So she usually spent a long time in the bathroom, not coming out until the girls in the neighboring room, like Tifa, started knocking on the door in annoyance.
As for A2 and the others, after washing up they usually found something to do, mostly cleaning the villa, or once again tending the flowerbeds and lawns that they maintained daily.
This had gone on for a long time, yet they never found it boring. They did it happily every day, after all, for them, just staying by the commander's side was already enough.
After a while, around seven o'clock, except for the few who were the most unwilling to get up, basically all the women in the house were awake.
This was usually the noisiest time in the morning, just like a bustling marketplace, with all kinds of conversations.
"No way, Tifa, why does your chest look even bigger again!"
"Aerith, don't talk nonsense, it's the same as before, okay? I've long since passed the age of growing. And also, can you please not bring this up every single morning?"
"Nope, I can't. I feel like this is the only area where I lose to you."
"..."
"Jessie, hasn't Yuffie gotten up yet?"
"She pulled Fabiola into gaming until three in the morning last night… when I went to bed they were still playing."
"So that means today Fabiola got dragged out by Miss Roberta again, by the ear…"
"So noisy, all of you. Can't you stop getting up so early every day? What's wrong with sleeping a little longer for beauty sleep?"
That voice came from Scarlet, the only one whose door was still shut, she was one of those late risers.
Usually, after her grumbling, Jessie would slam her fists on Scarlet's door a few times. After all, just a few months ago they had been rivals who wanted each other dead. Even though now they were like sisters, they still often found each other irritating.
But that was as far as it went.
They absolutely would not fight for real.
While the commotion on the second floor hadn't died down yet, inside Aiden's bedroom the people on the bed were waking one by one.
The first to wake was Jeanne. She rubbed her eyes in a daze, then forced them open to look around, while digesting the information in her mind.
'So this is his home?'
After surveying the bedroom, Jeanne sat up. The silk quilt Aiden had covered her with last night slipped off her chest, but she ignored it, exposing her impressive peaks.
'Looks really cozy in here… but the bed's too small. With so many people, there's no room to move.'
As a witch, her ability to adapt was strong. Having fought gods before, she didn't care in the least where she was. Instead, her head was filled with odd thoughts.
Thinking this, her gaze fell on Aiden's face. Then she leaned down and kissed his forehead.
And then, "Jeanne, you're crushing me!"
Bayonetta's muffled complaint came out. She had woken to find Jeanne's bare upper body pressing on her face, that very ample part of her body right over Bayonetta's eyes.
"Sorry, Cereza."
Jeanne lazily apologized, then snapped her fingers. Her long silver hair instantly transformed into a silver skintight outfit wrapping around her body.
Jumping off the bed, Jeanne planted her hands on her hips and looked at Aiden, who had just been kissed awake. "I'll go prepare breakfast for you."
"No need…" Aiden rubbed his eyes, pulled a spare phone from the bedside table, checked the time, and said, "By this hour Roberta is already back. Just tidy up a bit and we can eat."
Jeanne curled her lip. "What's so good about big-pot cooking? Better to eat the love-filled breakfast I make for you!"
Naturally the witch could sense that there were lots of people in this villa… and she even sensed some who weren't human.
So she thought that making breakfast for so many people, it couldn't possibly taste that great.
"No way, Jeanne. You can make something special for me at night, but in the morning it's off limits, or Roberta will be upset." Aiden shook his head and refused.
Making breakfast for everyone, or rather, for Aiden, was a right Roberta had claimed for herself. Others could help with chopping and prep work, but they absolutely could not touch the cooking itself.
That was the insistence of a maid who was useless at everything except fighting.
"Alright then!" Jeanne didn't push it. She was new here, after all, and had to show some respect to her "senior."
As they spoke, Bayonetta had also gotten dressed. But unlike Jeanne, she wasn't so carefree. She felt curious, clearly she was in another world, yet she could still contact Madame Butterfly and use her power, even the Left Eye of Darkness in her chest was functioning normally.
But curiosity was all it was. She didn't say anything, just glanced at Trish, who was pulling clothes from her storage space, then turned to Aiden and asked, "So we're going to live here with you from now on too?"
"There are lots of empty rooms in the villa. Later I'll take you to pick one… though honestly, there's nothing much to pick, the layouts are basically the same."
"Aw! So that means we four can't sleep together in one bed every night like at my place, huh?" Bayonetta's face showed regret.
Aiden spread his hands awkwardly. "Can't be helped, too many people."
Bringing home women all the time, he was helpless about it too. But if he didn't, wouldn't the trip have been for nothing?
"Tch, if I'd known, I wouldn't have come back with you." Bayonetta grumbled, then Jeanne dragged her out of the bedroom, they needed to go wash up.
With the witches gone, only Aiden and Trish were left in the room. By now Trish had just finished dressing, in a very modest outfit, probably to make a good impression in this unfamiliar place.
But Trish's figure was excellent. Even dressed conservatively, her peaks, even more magnificent than Bayonetta's, pushed her top out so full that it was even more enticing. So Aiden muttered, "Yuffie's going to be jealous again!"
The black-and-white witches, stepping out of the bedroom, bumped into Fabiola who had just returned.
The little maid, head lowered and running forward, didn't even notice the witches at the door, looking for the bathroom, and crashed straight into Bayonetta.
Maybe because she had suffered too much in childhood, she hadn't even reached one-sixty in height. So she ran head-on right into Bayonetta's chest, her whole little face buried in it.
"Mhmhm, little sister, big sis hasn't had a baby yet, there's no milk for you to drink!" Bayonetta looked down at the green-haired Fabiola with a teasing grin.
That was just the witch's nature, her words could make even an old veteran blush.
Sure enough, Fabiola's face turned bright red. Lifting her face out of Bayonetta's chest, she looked up and met her eyes, and a flicker of envy flashed through her gaze.
At one-eighty, Bayonetta had a perfect figure. Maybe her bust wasn't bigger than Tifa's… well, no one in the house was bigger than Tifa. But her height, her long legs, everything put her at a huge advantage. To Fabiola, always upset about being short, it was like seeing her future goal.
"Hello, big sister!"
Stars in her eyes, the little maid quickly straightened her posture. After taking a step back, she pinched her skirt and curtsied politely to the two witches.
"Hello there, little sister!"
No one dislikes a pretty girl. And the witches, who deeply understood beauty, even less so.
Then Jeanne asked with a smile, "Are you the maid of this house? Running so fast and bumping into people, be careful or the master will scold you!"
Born into a European witch family, she wasn't surprised at all about households keeping maids.
"Master would never scold me! Besides, I came to complain to Master." The little maid said seriously.
Then she glanced back and saw Roberta standing at the end of the hall, hands folded before her stomach, watching.
Quickly she whipped her head back around. "Not talking to you anymore, I'm going into Master's room to tell on her."
With that, she slipped around the witches, dashed into the bedroom, and leapt onto Aiden, who had just gotten out of bed.
Looking back, the witches saw Aiden and the maid rolling around together on the bed.
