That massive mass of purple flames was so powerful that it practically burned the space-time in its path and left nothing behind.
Even with all his strength, Daniel did not have the slightest chance to react. He was certain that the flames would not only hit him but would definitely kill him, because he felt that even his soul had no safety against them.
However, when he opened his eyes, he found himself alive. Ash and smoke had filled the entire area, and it was hard to see anything around him.
There was no longer any trace of those flames.
"Thank you."
The only one standing in front of him was Evangelin. It was not hard to understand that this woman had saved his life.
