Chapter 15 - CHAPTER 15: Deleted

The air crackled with dark energy as the Shadow Monarch loomed over the ruins of a once-vibrant battlefield. Victory washed over him like a dark tide, curling and twisting around his imposing figure. Broken pixels danced through the ether, distorting the scene into a chaotic blend of shadows, static, and errant bursts of light. Time itself felt unstable, stuttering and faltering in a disordered rhythm, as if reality was struggling to hold its form.

Nearby, Ren lay sprawled on the ground, his body almost shattered, the remnants of power flickering weakly from his fingertips. His breaths were slow, labored, and as he turned his head with great effort, a resigned light flickered in his fading gaze.

"It's over…" he croaked, the words barely leaving his lips, filled with the weight of acceptance and despair.

Suddenly, a flicker of activity unnerved the static reality; a SYSTEM MESSAGE emerged, flashing in red. With an ominous tone, it vibrated through the air like ripples on a disturbed pond.

The SYSTEM spoke, devoid of emotion yet dripping with finality. "There might not be a second chance after this."

As the message echoed through the collapsing landscape, the fabric of time began to unravel like shattered glass, the fragments spinning and scattering into the void, taking with them the essence of a hard-fought battle. Ren closed his eyes for the last time, succumbing to the creeping silence of oblivion that enveloped him.

The scene shifted abruptly, pulling focus to the Shadow Kaiju, a creature of pure malice whose cackling laughter filled the air, echoing over the desolation. His joy was short-lived, though, as he abruptly ceased his maniacal outburst.

Staring in disbelief at the collapsing world around him, he felt the grip of victory slipping through his claws.

"No... No... NO!" he screamed, his voice rising in frantic desperation. "I WON! I DEVOURED HIM! I AM THE SUPREME—"

Then, a surge of static engulfed him, drowning out his final protests, and everything disappeared into an overwhelming wave of white noise, washing away reality in its turbulent embrace.
