With the help of TQ and a good amount of seclusion Jean had gotten a handle on her control and communication with the Phoenix Force. Not much changed besides TQ saying that he fell in love with her but it was one side currently so that was besides the point.

They were set to wake up Peggy and Steve in the coming months and most people are excited those people being Coulson and Tony as they were big fans of Captain America.
Tony had in fact named himself after a hawk as a homage to Captain America. Red white and blue hawk doesn't really work as well as just Red Hawk does though.
Two cryo Chambers were lined up next to each other. Steve was woken up earlier to be told by Bucky what the situation was so there was no surprise for him.
Excludeing the reunion with Peggy needless to say they had that dance and then they had another dance All night. And they were both super soldiers so you can imagine.

In a base in a latverian prison lay a man about 30 years old. Soon the space was attacked by none other than the brotherhood.
Magneto freed this man little did he know that this man was in fact not a man at all he was a Loxaran.
This particular one was a scientist at least in his home dimension he had disliked the High Glass's decision to agree to this treaty so he decided he'd take care of it himself.
He would go to this third dimensional plane and he would wipe out all the challengers except for his own.
There's no way that they are monitoring them that closely when they finally do check they will see that the Loxarans stand above the rest.

3 weeks after Caps wakeup call a man in Navy Blue suit and a golden helmet with a red cross spanning the front arrived like thunder from the sky.
"I'm Mateo Martinez and I'm from the future 20 years in fact"
The captain looked up at the man resolutely as he responded "if you're telling the truth why have you come"
Hispanic man looked downtrodden as he responded "A Loxaran invaded this planet around this time. In a last ditch effort shattered space this eventually consumed this universe"
This of course got the attention of both Arden and Howard. As Howard spoke up "You said they could control space you didn't say they could destroy it!"
Howard was noticeably frightened by the destruction of the universe. Ignoring the time travel part.
Arden looked up at Nova at least that's what he looked like. "Do you know where this Loxaran is?"
Placing a hand behind his head he said sheepishly"well I wasn't born until 2000; I was off world when I was born so I have no idea"
As they began their search for this universe destroyer Mateo soon left he said that he had a friend who was a real stickler for the rules of time and he didn't want to get caught.
For some reason he looked toward Arden when he said this.

thanks to TQ and Professor X's stupidity the
X-Men were disbanded which led to the Brotherhood more openly acting out their Justice.
Below there was a group of four including magneto Pyro and toad. Last was a bigger man made out of stacked pieces of glass.
According to Auggie they were trying to steal some new invention of Oscorp. So naturally they stormed the castle so to speak.
Everyone soon arrived on the scene excluding Auggie as he was taking care of comms and covering up their tracks.
Tony swooped down snatching Pyro before flying aways off. Flying in a swoop towards the ground further. Pyro tried to get up but his head was pounding as Tony made a simple motion for an ax kick as thrusters opened up on the front of the leg pushing it down even faster.
This attack would usually kill a regular person but thanks to his mutant physiology he survived barely.
Doing a 180 Tony went for his next Target the Glass figure. Flying as fast as he could he hit the attempted to hit him but this didn't seem to bother him in the slightest as he slid off the air Tony went to the side sending him hurdling into the toad.
Off to the side Arden went up against Magneto and he was pulling it off quite well solely because no matter how many metal projectiles were launched at Arden he would always deflected them or dodged. Some of the redirected ones even got aimed towards others.
The captain and Peggy were up against the man made of glass which was their main objective in the first place.
Steve went in for a strike with his shield but was stopped by the air seamlessly. And the battle continued to unfold like this no matter what exact they would do there would always be some form of protection stopping them from hitting the man.
Then they heard a shout from Arden "try his left knee cap some Loxarans can't place barriers there"
Steve trusted him nonetheless and tried a toss of his shield to that exact area and it did indeed go through chipping off parts of his leg. This put him in a kneeling position which properly let the captain uppercut him with his returned shield
Soon Magneto left only leaving the man of glass uncaring as he knew that this man was in fact not a mutant.
All by himself the glass man tried his best to stay alive but it was a 4v1 and all he could do was defend and that was limited as well. Soon and tear and space was made below him. Has had disappeared.

The Loxaran was falling through dimensions until you landed on a dimension that looked just like Earth but without any life. Using this to navigate he got away from the team of super soldiers.
But once he was back on Earth feeling weakened he felt a energy like never before like the fruit of the world.
Quickly forming a spatial rift he went towards that energy finding himself in a secure shield facility where they kept and studied the Tesseract.
