Did my mom and dad do this kind of paperwork? I've never sat in a court session before, also never plan to rule over a legion of vampires either.
Reading these endless requests was exhausting. Between corruption and greed and men being disgusting. A pig in wolf's clothes. I lost track of time and must have fallen asleep at some point because when I woke up again, it was dawn. The sun was rising.
Looking around I realized I was in Ambrose's room, but I was alone, he was nowhere to be seen. I could feel the warmth fading from where he once laid.
I sighed, I shouldn't want his warmth back, but I did. I couldn't stop myself for wanting it. I know this is going to bite me in the ass.
I get up, wash my face and head down to breakfast in the servant's kitchen. When I walked out Hector was standing as usual by the door.
"Do you ever sleep?" I asked seriously as well as sarcastically.
"Yeah, but not as much as you. Two days you slept after Ezra's merciless execution.
