The silver, curved moon was shining in the sky.
Kushina, with her red hair, leaned against the windowsill, looking at the vast desert in the distance. Her eyes showed a bit of loneliness.
Without knowing it, she had been in this world for almost five years.
Because she was a special Arrancar created by Anzen, she, along with Yuyue and Hoshigaki Kisame, could create real bodies. In these five years, she did more than just stay in Hueco Mundo.
She had been to the human world and even tried traveling around the world. She had done many things she had never done in the Naruto world and had seen many strange humans and creatures.
In these five years, she had thought a lot. She thought about herself and Minato, as well as herself and Anzen.
Kushina did not regret separating from Minato.
She learned values and a bigger way of thinking from Anzen, which Minato could not give her. She did feel love for Minato once, but that was over.
Their marriage ended the moment they died together.
The current Kushina should not be Konoha's Kushina, nor Minato's Kushina. She had a new sun and a new direction.
"But what does that guy feel for me?" Kushina whispered, letting the breeze move her hair. "And it's been so long since I've seen him. He's going too far!"
"Sister Kushina, what's too far?" A soft, child's voice asked, "Did Nelliel do something to make Sister Kushina unhappy?"
By the window, a girl with green hair and a cracked mask on her head stood timidly, her eyes showing dependance.
Hiding the lonely look on her face, Kushina smiled and said, "No, it has nothing to do with Nelliel. I'm talking about a bad guy!"
"Is he worse than Kisame?" Nelliel asked curiously.
Actually, Kisame hadn't done anything to her. It was just that his shark face scared the little kid.
"Yes, he's much worse!" Kushina said fiercely, then chuckled. "Does Nelliel want to help me beat him up?"
"Yes!" Nelliel nodded seriously and waved her little fist in the air as a show.
"Hahaha, then thank you, Nelliel." Kushina picked her up and kissed her cheek. "Let's go to sleep."
Just as Aizen had guessed, she had no plans to go to the human world to find Uchiha Madara. Even though she did feel some anger towards him, it wasn't hate. She still planned to play her role well in order to complete his plan.
However.
Just as Kushina was about to enter the bedroom with Nelliel in her arms, the surroundings suddenly changed completely.
The spacious, bright bedroom suddenly disappeared, and in front of her was a dim and small special lab.
"This, where is this..." Kushina's eyes widened, and she looked surprised.
Familiar containers, familiar equipment, familiar monitors. This lab was where she was reborn. Of course, she wouldn't forget it. But, why?
"Long time no see, Kushina." A voice came from the high platform in the lab. A young man in white clothes with a long sword at his waist slowly appeared.
After a long silence, Kushina said with a complicated tone, "It's you... Yes, no one else can do this. But aren't you supposed to be Uchiha Madara now? Why are you dressed like this?"
"I thought this would make you feel more familiar," Aizen, played by Anzen, smiled and walked down from the high platform. "Give her to me." He looked at Nelliel, who had already fallen asleep.
Since they had come to this lab, Nelliel's problem had naturally been considered. To restore her lost power, the lab had ready-made equipment.
"You came to me just to make a new tool?" Kushina complained, but she still gave Nelliel to the young man without hesitation.
"You've even learned words like 'tool.' Kisame must have taught you a lot," Anzen said with a smile, not changing his expression. "But mostly, it's to save you."
"What do I need you to save me from?" Kushina looked puzzled.
"Aizen suspects that you are a spy," Anzen put Nelliel into a container on the side and turned his wrist. A purple-black Hogyoku appeared in his palm. "If you don't leave Las Noches tonight, Aizen will execute you himself."
"That guy actually knows this?" Kushina was stunned, her face full of shock. "He's really scary!"
After speaking, she turned to Anzen and added, "Of course, you're even scarier. Aizen's current strength and ability were all developed by you, right?"
"His intelligence is his own," Anzen said with a smile, gazing at the brilliant light from the Hogyoku in front of him. "Miss Nelliel needs some time to fully wake up. Would you like to go to the ninja world with me? You haven't seen Naruto in a long time."
"Yes, it's been a long time," Kushina said, looking at the monitor on the side.
Although no one was managing and working in this lab, all the equipment was still working properly. The images on the screen were also very clear.
It was Konoha, or rather, the former Konoha.
The landmark Hokage Rock had been completely removed and replaced with a group picture of workers. The low, old houses had also been renovated into clean and tidy two-story buildings.

"Yes, do you want to participate?" Anzen nodded and asked.
"Yes, I really want to," Kushina nodded honestly, looking at the screen again. "This kind of calm and peaceful life is what I always wanted. But that was just in the past. Now, I want to be with you more."
