Saikai Academy.
Ding Dang Dong Deng
The noon bell rang, announcing the start of the lunch break, and in an instant, the quiet classroom transformed into a sea of voices and movement.
Students' laughter and chatter filled the room. Some opened their bento boxes with eager smiles, while others gathered at the door on their way to the cafeteria in search of their favorite meal.
The atmosphere buzzed with life, just like every break in the middle of a long school day.
But none of that meant much to Asagi, who cast a worried glance at Kojou's empty seat before quietly rising. A faint, inexplicable concern tugged at her as she walked down the long hallway toward Natsuki-chan's office, where Reina and Moegi were waiting for her.
The rumors spreading throughout the school about children from the future traveling back in time to stop a time-traveling dragon sounded more like something from a fantasy novel than actual reality.
Thinking about it, she couldn't help but let out a small sigh.
She used to have such fantasies herself, but now—finding herself in the middle of this temporal mess and strange magic—she couldn't tell whether she should laugh or cry.
"That man, Kojou…" she muttered in annoyance, crossing her arms. "He went to see his other daughters and still hasn't come back."
She grumbled under her breath as she headed toward the spiral staircase leading to the upper floor.
Natsuki's office was there — even higher than the principal's office — a location perfectly reflecting its owner's quirks and personality.
With every step she climbed, she felt more certain that this day would not pass peacefully.
Fortunately, the academy only had four floors, and Asagi was already on the second, so it didn't take long before she reached Natsuki-chan's office.
Knock!
Knock!
Knock!
She knocked three times gently and waited for a response before opening the door.
"Come in…" — came Natsuki's mature voice, warm and slightly alluring.
Her tone still carried that familiar charm, but now it felt different — more refined, more composed.
Although she still used illusions as part of her work as a teacher, she was no longer that "legal loli" who looked like a middle-schooler, but rather a mature woman in her mid-twenties radiating elegance and confidence.
Asagi opened the door and stepped in with steady steps.
The room was spacious and tastefully decorated; vibrant purple curtains swayed gently in a soft breeze, a matching rug covered the floor, and gray sofas were arranged around a small glass table.
At the far end, a luxurious wooden desk dominated the space, with a deep red cushioned chair behind it, exuding sophistication.
On either side of the room were two doors — one leading to a small kitchen, the other to a cozy bedroom that showed Natsuki's human side beyond her strict workplace demeanor.
Mature Natsuki sat on the elegant wooden chair, carrying an aura of dignified yet lazy grace.
Behind her stood Astarte, dressed in a black-and-white maid outfit, her expression stern as always, yet her eyes quietly scanning every detail of the room.
On the sofas opposite them sat Reina and Moegi.
Moegi bore a striking resemblance to her mother. She had shoulder-length greenish-blonde hair tied into a side ponytail on the left, with clips holding part of her bangs away from her face. Moegi's eyes were violet-purple, her skin fair, and she wore a white gown over her school uniform. A high school girl with a charming face and a dramatic hairstyle — it wasn't an exaggeration to call her beautiful, although the sarcastic smile on her lips didn't feel particularly seductive.
Beside her sat a girl no less beautiful: she had dark black hair reaching her shoulders or slightly longer, styled with small sections swept back at the sides. But the most striking feature was her eyes — light blue, luminous, sharp and focused, as if they illuminated everything around her.
Her expression carried a calm or serious tone, her features soft and her skin pale. She wore a dark school sailor uniform (seifuku), with a white collar and a dark red ribbon.
She looked almost identical to Touka, except for those blue eyes — eyes that resembled Kojou's.
"Mama/Doc…" the two girls called out at the same time as soon as they saw Asagi; Reina was visibly excited, while Moegi maintained her usual calmness.
Asagi couldn't stop herself from smiling for a brief moment, before that smile turned into a deep frown.
"Oh my god… You two really know how to complicate my day."
But before she could continue—
ROAR!
The walls trembled, and the air shook violently.
Everyone felt a massive surge of magical power erupt through the academy, followed by a crushing pressure and an ear-splitting roar.
Natsuki immediately raised her head, her eyes narrowing sharply.
Up in the sky above the academy, a massive black dragon ripped through the clouds, its wings spreading like a nightmare casting a shadow over half the city.
The moment she sensed that power, Natsuki did not hesitate.
She lifted her hand lightly and traced interlocking magical circles around the room with her finger.
In an instant, the entire scene changed — the office, the walls, the furniture — everything vanished, replaced by an ethereal space lit with a gentle violet glow.
Natsuki had created a separate dimension, shielding the girls from outside influence and preventing any ordinary being or anyone weaker than her from entering.
—
A few moments earlier, in the Sub-Float.
It was the same floating island where Kojou had fought his battle against Vatler and Paper Noise.
Now, a blond man in a white suit stood calmly at the edge of the massive chasm that had opened at the island's center, staring into the depths with a curious gleam.
"This magical energy…" Vatler murmured, removing his sunglasses, his eyes narrowing like a hawk studying its prey.
He had sensed a clear disturbance in the Dragon Vein supporting the island and came to investigate in person.
"It seems several powerful existences have appeared on the island all at once… and one of them is trying to devour the Dragon Vein entirely."
Then he smiled faintly and whispered:
"And Kojou… doesn't seem to care, even though he's definitely sensed that creature."
A soft laugh escaped him as he extended his senses further, noticing Kojou sitting peacefully in an ice-cream shop with three girls whose magical wavelengths nearly matched his own.
Buzz!
The air around him vibrated, and a surge of immense magical power burst from his body, lighting up the surroundings.
Vatler smiled widely, his white teeth gleaming under the strange blue glow rising from the chasm.
"Come… Sagara!"
In an instant, a massive Beast Vassal manifested behind him — a giant black serpent with blade-like scales — and shot toward the heart of the Dragon Vein like lightning.
ROAR!
The roar echoed again, shaking the entire Sub-Float.
Vatler froze for a moment as he felt Sagara's energy being forcefully drained… then vanishing completely.
Swish!
The black dragon tore through the sky, appearing above the island for a brief instant, casting Vatler a sidelong glance before disappearing again in a flash.
A wide, ecstatic smile spread across Vatler's face.
"Well… things are about to get very interesting."
Then he turned into golden mist and followed the dragon heading toward Saikai Academy, leaving the echo of his laughter lingering in the void.

Author's Note
Hello everyone, the author here.
I really hope you enjoyed this chapter. There's something important I'd like to discuss with you… or rather, two options I'd like to put in your hands.
Option One:
I'm considering ending the story here, instead of dragging it out aimlessly and making it unnecessarily long. But this doesn't mean Kojou's journey will stop; I will continue writing additional chapters about him traveling between worlds, either based on your requests or ideas I wish to explore.
Option Two:
To continue writing the story normally as it is now, until reaching a new, fitting conclusion—a conclusion I feel suits the events and gives the characters the ending they deserve.
The choice is entirely in your hands,
and I sincerely hope you respond seriously… because your decision will shape the story from here onward
A glimpse of the end:
"Who are you? And what are you doing in my house?" — Kojou asked, trying hard to keep his voice steady. The situation was… anything but comfortable.
The bathtub barely fit two people, and with them both inside, their bodies were embarrassingly pressed together.
Worse still… both were completely naked.
Yet, the girl seemed unconcerned, not even embarrassed.
She raised her head with a bright smile and said playfully:
"Me? Lala Satalin Deviluke~"
She smiled naturally, without effort, showing no discomfort at Kojou not moving his hands… or at the obvious pressure of their bodies against each other in the tight tub.
"I'm the first princess of Planet Deviluke." — she said with light confidence, as if appearing naked in a stranger's bathtub… was completely normal.
"So… what is a princess from outer space doing in my bath?" — Kojou asked tiredly, starting to realize who she was. The name alone was enough; Satsuki had already mentioned a girl by that name… and the cosmic troubles she brought wherever she went.
