March 10, 1502, Age of the Sea Circle
Three days after Orion had eliminated Grodiger, the situation in the Takamura mansion had become rather complicated. The fact that the main person responsible for Olive's capture had suddenly disappeared without a trace, and couldn't be contacted at all, made Rear Admiral Nakamura feel deeply uneasy.
He, just like Grodiger, had joined forces to capture Olive at Umit's request, as the merchant was furious that the pirate was attacking his trade routes and hurting his business. Now that Grodiger had vanished, Nakamura had lost his most powerful ally in his current mission to keep the pirate imprisoned.
The original plan had been for the Vice Admiral to come to the Nakamura family base immediately after finishing the fake execution of Olive, so that they could be sure nothing unexpected happened before Umit arrived with his experts to take care of the sensual pirate.
Now, Nakamura had a bad feeling, as if something terribly wrong was about to happen, and he prayed that Umit would arrive as soon as possible, though he knew it would still take him several more days.
Even so, he had ordered the defenses to be doubled and that all armed personnel in the base remain alert to any small change. In addition, he personally took charge of monitoring Olive, making sure nothing strange occurred.
If he failed to keep that stupid pirate captive, he would lose Umit's enormous financial backing, which would no doubt be a heavy blow to his ambitions. At present, he was second-in-command in the South Blue, but he wasn't satisfied with that.
In the dark hallway of the dungeon, Nakamura sat on a simple wooden chair, arms crossed and lost in thought. Olive's cell was directly in front of him, and there was no way anyone could reach her without passing by him first.
Suddenly, the entrance door to the dungeon, located one floor above, opened, and a chubby figure cautiously walked in, trying not to anger Nakamura, who was well known for his terrible temper.
The figure descended the stairs and finally reached the rear admiral, who simply lifted his gaze with mild irritation, looking at his useless, pudgy son.
"What are you doing here? Didn't I tell you not to come near this place?" Nakamura said in an annoyed tone, knowing very well his stupid son's intentions.
Nakamura's son, named Yorisugi—a name curiously quite similar to that of his cousin, the one Orion had previously clashed with—was a complete failure. Not only did he have no profession and was incapable of taking any responsibility within the family, but he also used the Nakamura family's vast resources to commit all kinds of vile acts.
He was, basically, the archetypal small-time villain one could find in any second-rate work of fiction, and his main pastime was kidnapping and ruining the lives of the most beautiful women he could find, making him one of the most prolific sexual criminals in the South Blue—and one who had hurt countless women over the past years.
Evidently, not only was Yorisugi's name similar to that of his cousin, but their personalities were similar as well. Both had a tendency to take their actions too far, although Yarisugi was more violent, while Yorisugi was a coward who relied entirely on his family's power.
It wasn't unusual for him to visit a random town, pick out the most beautiful women he could find, and take them as if they were his property—regardless of whether they agreed or not. Countless families had been destroyed that way, and the Nakamura family had seen a spike in the number of bastards born from such acts.
Now, this depraved individual had set his sights on Olive, since she was one of the most beautiful women he had ever seen—no, the most beautiful!
If he could lay his hands on that woman, it would be a great accomplishment, and he had spent the past few days fantasizing about that possibility. However, his petty father had reacted violently when he tried to take Olive as his woman, even hitting him for the first time in his life!
"D-Daddy, you've been keeping watch here for days... You must be tired. Why don't you go get some rest and let me stand guard instead? I promise I won't let anyone through," said the chubby young man, whose face practically screamed idiocy.
Nakamura narrowed his eyes in deep irritation, wondering from whom his sons had inherited such detestable traits. No one in the family was that stupid and lustful, so he had no idea how his son could have turned out that way.
What the rear admiral didn't know was that Yorisugi wasn't actually his son, but the son of the gardener—a burly man with a very high libido and little intelligence. This gardener wasn't only Yorisugi's father, but also Yarisugi's, which showed that his virility and sexual stamina were highly admired by the women of the Nakamura family.
Even so, Nakamura's wife was his cousin and carried the same family name, so even if she had children with other men, they would still technically belong to the same bloodline—though not as pure as the family would have liked.
It was for that reason that, even though a few individuals had discovered the truth, no one said a word and preferred to maintain the status quo. In any case, Nakamura himself had questioned many times the fact that none of his eight children resembled him in the slightest, though he ultimately concluded that it must have been the result of inbreeding. Perhaps he simply didn't want to face the truth.
"Do you think I'm an idiot?! You think I'm going to leave you alone with this pirate? I can see your dick sticking out of your pants! Damn bastard, can't you think about anything else?! I told you this woman is extremely important, and you can't touch her! Do you want to bring down the entire family because of your stupidity?!"
Nakamura began shouting furiously, venting some of the frustrations he'd accumulated toward his son, who could only lower his head and endure the scolding for several minutes.
Finally, after insulting him to his heart's content, Nakamura took a deep breath, regaining his usual austere composure, and prepared to simply kick his son out of the place. But at that very moment, a loud explosion echoed in the distance, and the walls of the dungeon trembled slightly.
Nakamura immediately went on alert, realizing that the bad premonition that had been haunting him for days seemed to be coming true. Pulling out his Den Den Mushi, he called the base guard to ask what was going on.
Meanwhile, Yorisugi took advantage of his father's distraction to sneak into Olive's cell. Even if he didn't have enough time to screw her, at least he could grope her a little to satisfy his curiosity. However, as soon as he entered the cell, he was astonished to discover that there was no one there!
Without wasting a second, he shouted at the top of his lungs:
"Daddy!!"
Nakamura, who had just learned that they were under attack by a large armed force, heard his son's cry—which sounded like that of a pig being slaughtered—and immediately rushed into the cell, only to find that his son was the only one there.
Slap!
"What did you do?! Where's the pirate?!" Nakamura yelled after slapping his son, clearly losing his composure.
The chubby boy grabbed his cheek and said indignantly, "When I came in, she was already gone!"
Nakamura ignored his son's whiny voice, his mind clearing slightly as he reasoned that it was impossible for Yorisugi to have moved Olive in such a brief moment of distraction. Which meant… he was in trouble!
Without paying any more attention to the boy, Nakamura dashed out of the dungeon at full speed and was met with a battlefield. On the distant coast, a large number of ships were continuously firing at the great castle that served as the Nakamura family's base, while their soldiers were locked in fierce combat with the invaders.
The Nakamura base was located on an island that belonged to them, but not everyone living there was part of their forces. In truth, the island wasn't very large, and the massive fortress that served as the Nakamura family's headquarters occupied nearly a third of it, practically forming a small city of its own.
Orion's forces—composed of the Southern Revolutionary Army led by Ginny, the Royal Army of the Pacific Kingdom led by Christina, and the pirates commanded by Olive—were now rapidly storming the grounds of the great fortress that served as the Nakamura base.
And amid all this chaos, Orion stood atop a tall tower, watching everything unfold through his Prism Eyes, enhanced by his Observation Haki. Beside him was the beautiful Olive, who had just been rescued from the dungeon by him moments earlier.
"I knew you'd come to get me, honey~," said the sensual pirate, pressing her enormous breasts against Orion's arm. He had to focus not to lose his composure from the soft touch and accidentally deactivate his Prism Eyes.
Even though Orion had spent countless nights with Olive, his body still reacted strongly whenever she used her feminine charms on him. It could be said that their relationship was very healthy, and they had managed to keep the passion alive even after years together. Honestly, considering how lustful Orion was and how sensual and proactive Olive could be, it hadn't been particularly difficult for them to maintain that fire.
Orion looked at the gorgeous pirate with affection and relief. Over the past few days, he had been worried that she might have suffered while in captivity, but fortunately, nothing bad had happened—something he could only regard as a miracle.
Even so, this situation had made Orion aware of potential future problems. Because of Olive and Ginny's activities, the two women often spent long periods outside Pacific Kingdom, and it was possible that a situation like this one—where Olive had been captured by enemies—could happen again in the future.
Although the odds were not very high, given the two women's level of strength compared to that of the South Blue, there could always be exceptions. Just like this time, when Olive had suffered only because of the intervention of Vice Admiral Grodiger and his forces.
Although Orion had easily eliminated Grodiger, that had only been possible due to a great combination of factors working in his favor. Generally speaking, a vice admiral still represented a tremendous threat to his subordinates and his wives.
For that reason, Orion had started to think about something he had been postponing for a while—the creation of a new organization that could help him deal with such problems: a group of spies, similar to Cipher Pol.
After all, if he had possessed information about Grodiger's arrival and the attack on the sensual pirate under Umit's orders, he could have acted preemptively, which clearly showed the need for such an intelligence and espionage organization.
In any case, that was something to consider once he returned home. For now, he needed to focus on the ongoing battle, although he had no intention of taking part in it unless it became strictly necessary.
This time, Orion wanted to see how the forces under his command performed—whether they were capable of confronting an established family like the Nakamura, who had a large number of troops and several high-level individuals among their ranks.
"Darling, I'll go join my crew so they won't worry about me and can fight freely," said Olive, flashing a wide smile.
Orion tenderly stroked her cheek, and after giving her a brief kiss on the lips, he said,
"All right. I'll be watching you closely from here. I want to see the true power of the most famous pirate in the South Blue!"
Olive nodded and leapt from the tall tower where they stood, descending toward the battlefield. As she soared through the air, she activated the powers of her Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit, Pegasus Model!
She had been confined in a prison with Kairoseki shackles for about ten days, and now that she was finally free thanks to Orion, she was eager to unleash her full power!
Olive's body began to grow rapidly, and enormous white wings sprouted from her back. The muscles of her body also swelled considerably, especially her legs, which became robust and took the form of a horse's hind limbs.
In addition, her ears became pointed, and her nose widened, completely altering her beautiful face. In her hybrid form, Olive looked like a strange angel descending onto the battlefield, and although one couldn't say she was as sexy as usual, she somehow looked rather adorable in that form.
Still, every time Olive asked if he wanted to have sex while she was in her hybrid form, Orion flatly refused, claiming he wasn't a "furvert" and preferred her natural, sensual shape.
Nevertheless, Orion had heard about the land where the Mink lived—Zou—in the stories his master Roger once told him. And after hearing some of Roger's vivid descriptions of the women of that land, he wasn't sure he could continue claiming he wasn't a furvert in the future.
In the end, it all depended on his desires, and if he truly felt attracted to someone with those particular traits, he wouldn't repress himself just to maintain a mindset that didn't align with his true feelings.
Still, he didn't believe he would ever develop such tastes—but every time he remembered his master Roger's words, spoken with that intoxicated passion when describing the women of the Mink Tribe… he couldn't help but feel curious.
Shaking his head, Orion set aside his strange thoughts about furries and focused on observing the battle taking place below. This was the first major conflict for the troops he had trained for years, and he wanted to see how they performed now that it was time to set foot on the battlefield.
…
"Hold the formation!" shouted one of the Nakamura family soldiers, firing his rifle from the front line. He was the captain of a small squad and part of the second defensive line.
The first line had fallen almost immediately under the attack of the enemy troops, who were advancing at an incredible speed.
Suddenly, a sensual woman with strange hair—half red and half blonde—appeared before him, completely unarmed… or rather, holding only a brush in her hand.
The soldiers present felt a heavy pressure as the voluptuous artist suddenly appeared before them, and they opened fire without hesitation. Someone capable of crossing the battlefield holding only a brush, and clearly unscathed, could not be normal!
Giolla simply raised her brush above her head, and instantly, a wave of color exploded from her body, consuming the bullets fired at her and turning them into small multicolored flower petals. The wave then continued forward, hitting the soldiers head-on and transforming their bodies into grotesque artistic figures, effectively putting them out of combat.
Using this technique repeatedly was exhausting for her, but she still had plenty of stamina to continue this kind of large-scale attack until the end of the battle.
"Giolla, that shape you gave them is quite unpleasant," said Hototogisu with her usual deadpan expression.
"Mpff! You don't know anything about art, Hototogisu! This is a new style I created myself—it's called Cubism!" Giolla replied indignantly upon hearing Hototogisu's words questioning her artistic sense.
"Mmm, well, it looks like crap," said Hototogisu decisively, without a shred of tact, before using Soru and vanishing into the distance, ready to wipe out some enemies and earn Orion's appreciation.
Giolla clenched her teeth in irritation but didn't continue arguing with the ignorant Hototogisu, simply heading in another direction to keep knocking out soldiers with her Ato Ato no Mi powers.
Although she didn't need to use a brush as a medium to activate her abilities, she insisted on using it as a catalyst, since she had concluded that was how a true artist should fight.
Moreover, she was capable of using both Armament and Observation Haki—skills she had gained thanks to the Character Improvement Card Orion had used on her. Combined with her naturally monstrous strength, this made her one of the strongest people on the battlefield, even if her appearance didn't show it.
After all, Giolla—with her thin-rimmed glasses, comfortable casual dress, and relaxed expression—didn't look threatening at all. Yet in this world, the person who seemed the most harmless could easily end up being the biggest problem.
Meanwhile, Ginny and her troops had already penetrated the main building of the Nakamura fortress and were advancing imposingly, taking down enemy forces. Unlike Orion's kingdom troops, the Southern Revolutionary Army had real combat experience, having engaged in multiple armed conflicts since its creation years ago.
Furthermore, just like Kuma, Ginny's strength had skyrocketed. In only two years, she had developed the ability to use both Armament and Observation Haki, without any help from Orion—unlike Giolla.
At that moment, she was leading her troops, firing her rifle while trying to perfect her technique of imbuing Armament Haki into bullets—a process that still gave her some trouble.
At the rear, Olive's pirate crew was hunting down every member of the Nakamura family trying to flee the battlefield. Ginrummy, in her hybrid wolf form, was particularly ferocious, mercilessly tearing apart any enemy that crossed her path.
Reira and Garride, on the other hand, were fighting with much more composure—but with the same intensity as their vice-captain—using their combat skills while coordinating the other pirates to form a pincer formation around the remaining enemies.
Then, Olive, in her hybrid form, descended from the sky, leaving a huge crater in the ground.
"Hey guys, did you miss me?" said the sensual captain to her subordinates, who immediately burst into cheers of joy upon seeing that she had returned safely.
"Big sis! You're okay—waaah!" cried Ginrummy, running toward Olive and hugging her while sobbing.
Normally, Ginrummy was a strong and determined girl who never showed vulnerability. However, only in front of Orion and her captain—whom she considered her older sister—did she allow herself to act "weak" and reveal her most fragile side.
Still, the sight of the two women hugging each other in their hybrid forms on the battlefield was rather bizarre—especially since both of their appearances were quite terrifying to a normal person, and Ginrummy's clothes were still soaked with the blood of the enemies she had just torn apart.
"Well, well. Don't cry, Rummy—you're always so sentimental!" said Olive reproachfully, though her eyes softened with tenderness as she looked at her vice-captain, whom she also considered her younger sister.
"All right, there'll be time for reunions later. For now, let's finish our current task," said Olive, pulling away from Ginrummy's embrace and glaring aggressively at their enemies.
The pirates shouted passionately in response to their captain's words, ready to fight with even greater fervor.
Meanwhile, at the very center of the battlefield, Christina was leading her troops—the Royal Army of Pacific Kingdom—while scanning the crowd for the figure that had haunted her for years.
At last, she spotted Nakamura in the distance. After letting out a faint sigh, she showed a determined expression and ordered her soldiers to advance on the enemy.
The battle against the Nakamura family was turning into a one-sided massacre by Orion's forces, and the conclusion of the conflict was drawing near. Finally, Christina would be able to confront the rear admiral who had been the reason for her departure from the Marines.
