The boy looks serious about her. I don't know what cause him to be so mad about it but I would assume it is because he thinks of me as a strange person approaching his friend. But I thought telling some truth and calming him down first would be the good idea.
"Relax kid. I mean no harm on her. I am just an old friend of her and just tried to greet her. Also, I need something important to ask her." I told the boy to clear things out.
"Do you remember me Eirin?" I asker her."
She shook her head with confused look on her face. She really does looks like she didn't really know me. I asked her again with more details to confirm it.
" Wait do you really don't remember me? I know I looked different but if I remembered correctly, we met like around two years ago." I said it to her again.
"She already said she didn't know you. So get lost." The boy shouted at me and pushed me away again.
"Everyone, this guy here is trying to hit on a high school girl." He shouted at the people around us.
"Come on Eirin we got to go." He grabbed her hand and ran away from me.
"Sir, please step aside. May I ask you what were you trying to do with the high schoolers from before." The man wearing a police uniform asked at me.
"Don't worry officer, I am just one of their relative. They were going somewhere without going home after their class so I am just telling them to go back home. But as you can see they just make a scene and ran away." I said to the police man.
"Sir I know those kids and their parents for a long time but I have never seen you with them. So I need to confirm that you are really their relative. Could you show me your ID?... Wait where did you go.
I quickly teleported away with the camera as soon as he asked me about the ID. He seems to be a bit confused but still looking for me around so I just decided head away from him and go toward those kids.
"That stupid brat really mess me up just now"
After that, I stopped to think about some weird things that happened.
"Strange, I seems to be able to talk normally just now. Did it because I am with her? No, I still am able to talk to the police normally. I wonder why. Also don't they freak out with my appearance? I basically have a mirror as a face."
I said those words and looked myself in the rear view mirror of a car beside me.
"Oh, wait. I forgot that I am wearing mask and sunglasses. No wonder they think of me as a suspicious person. But it is a good thing that they don't see this face." I removed the mask and sunglasses.
At the same time a person appeared behind me and opened the car door.
"Why don't you step away from my car you weirdo." He said to me. And then he looked straight in may face and threaten me to call a cop. I just move aside as he said but what concerned me most is that he also doesn't seems to mind my appearance. I tried to ask about it to him but my voice doesn't come out this time and he also drove away quickly.
"What the heck? Why is he acting like I am just a normal looking person. He even saw me without sunglasses and mask." I looked around to see if there are any mirrors so I could look at myself clearly but there are no more cars around me.
"Really, no cars. The city is just a few blocks away but this place is so empty. Luckily I still have this camera." I took out the camera and took a picture of myself. But when I looked at the picture, I have a face of a human.
"So that what he saw me like huh. Welp, that's a good thing cause I don't have to hide myself anymore. Also EIrin won't remember me but so does the boy. Anyway where am I right now. I should look for her. It is around 7 or 8 so she has to be at her house. Screw this. I will just teleport above and then to her place."
I used the camera to teleport to the sky and then to her house.
I can see her in the room in the second floor of the two stories house through the window. I teleported to her room.
"Ahh... Who..." I shut her mouth as soon as she tried to scream
"Be quiet and listen to me." After I said that, she nodded her head so I release her.
"You sure need to remember me after all those weird encounters Eirin." I took off my mirror mask and show her my original appearance.
"So, do you remember me now? I even take you out of that sinking world."
"Wait. Mister, you are real? She asked me with a surprised in her face.
"Of course why would you think I am not. Well it probably make sense but."
"They said I was in coma. I woke up from it around a year and half. They said I was in coma for 6 months after the drowning accident. Same amount of time as I was in the sinking world and with you in that world." She explain to me about what happened after she came back to this world.
"So what is taking you so long to find me again." She said at me.
"It's been almost two years since we complete out second adventure in the rainy world. Even though I wasn't really there in our first adventure. I thought we really died there in rain."
"Eirin what are talking about? When did I died? What I remembered is that I fell asleep after we returned from the first one and then I just woke up yesterday. What do you mean we went to the rainy world. And what do you mean we died there."
I am so confused right now. What she remembered and I remembered was completely different and how did she come back here and wake up in coma? The log clearly said she use the door to this world.
"Do you still have that ID card from my world? I asked her.
