"No one can defeat me," Ebert declared with absolute confidence, "not when I'm in my complete form."
With just a light swing of his arm, he sent another devastating shockwave forward, blasting Wanzhang and his companions away as if they were leaves caught in a storm.
Huande gritted his teeth. "We should retreat for now… and find another way."
Without hesitation, he grabbed Wanzhang and the others, pulling them to safety.
Ebert watched them leave and gave a slow, approving nod. "A smart decision."
Then his eyes gleamed. In his hand was the object he desired most—the magic box.
A cruel smile spread across his face. "At last… with this, I can evolve even further."
He turned to the empty sky. "The final chapter… is about to begin!"

Utsumi's face hardened. "What do you mean?"
"You will remain the prime minister," Ebert replied, his voice casual yet dripping with menace. "But from today forward… you will serve as my puppet."
Then, before their eyes, Ebert's form shifted—his body reshaping until he was a perfect copy of President Nanba.
In Nanba's own voice, he spoke coldly, "Do you think you can control me, Nanba Juzaburo? What a joke."
Ebert's smirk returned. "I could kill you right now… but I'll wait until tomorrow. Consider it a gift. I'm looking forward to your answer."

A swirling space vortex opened behind him. In an instant, he stepped through and appeared right in front of President Nanba.
The president's composure broke. He fell backward, trembling. "P-Please… spare my life!"
"You beg for mercy now?" Ebert sneered. With a swift strike, he ended Nanba's life.

Returning to Utsumi, Ebert tossed the dead man's crutch at his feet.
"Well? Will you avenge Nanba… or serve me?"
Utsumi stood still, staring at the crutch. After a long pause, he snapped it clean in two.
A grin spread across his face. "Hahaha! In that case, there's only one answer—I swear loyalty to you."
The audiences of the Three Realms erupted in scorn.
"This guy changes sides way too fast!"
"He has no backbone at all!"
"I despise him."
Ebert laughed. "Humans are truly fascinating. In fact, I've decided… I won't destroy this planet after all!"
From his belt, he produced a device and tossed it to Utsumi.
"The Evolution Driver. Use the Bat Engine Form… fight as much as you like, Kamen Rider Kuangba."
Utsumi transformed, excitement flashing in his eyes.

His attack knocked Huande down, forcing Gris and the others to retreat.
"There's no point in running," Ebert called after them. "You can no longer create the future."

Utsumi struck again later, ambushing Wanzhang's group. Gris fell, the others scattered—until a new voice rang out.
"Extreme Danger… Start!"
From the shadows emerged Katsuragi Takumi.
"Rabbit! Rabbit! Are you ready? Transform!"
In a flash, the Double Rabbit Overflow Form appeared—its sheer speed and destructive power overwhelming the battlefield. Katsuragi cut through soldiers like a storm, explosions ripping the air apart like a miniature nuclear blast.
Then, he faced Utsumi.
"You, of all people, should understand why I follow Ebert," Utsumi said.
"I understand," Katsuragi replied calmly. "You're tempted by power that defies human comprehension. But that… is not science that benefits humanity."
"Don't be ridiculous!" Utsumi snapped. "Your Knight System—what has it done? It became a weapon of war. Countless lives were lost. You resurrected Ebert. You pushed humanity toward destruction!"
"You're only focused on results," Katsuragi shot back. "You never think about why you create."
"Knight Upgrade—Start!" he shouted, but nothing happened. Katsuragi froze. "Why? I finished it… so why isn't it working?"
Utsumi seized the opening, striking him down.
"In theory, you can transform," Utsumi said coldly, "but you lack the one thing you need most."
