In the deeper parts of the forest.....
The hollow tries to punch Guerra at the face at full force but Guerra parries it and retaliated with an uppercut delivered to the face, sending the hollow flying up to 24 meters.
Guerra uses his sonido to go at the hollow's altitude level in the air, just to slam him back to the ground, the ground crumbled, causing an earthquake as the hollow hit the ground.
Guerra is still in the air, standing. (he's airwalking... Or airstanding?)
The hollow leaps through the air, heading towards Guerra and grabs him by the neck, sending both of them back onto solid ground.
Both of them stood back up and took a step backward away from each other.
They charged back at each other.
Guerra delivers a right hook to the hollow and counters by back handing Guerra's face. The hollow then hugged Guerra as hard as he can and generates a Cero by opening his mouth. Guerra headbutts him hard, causing the his and the hollow's head to bleed out of their masks, and also forcing the hollow to let go of him.
Guerra grabbed the hollow's face and knee'd it, he then punched it in the face hard, causing the hollow to lay on the ground on his stomach, while both of his arms attempt to lift him up.
Guerra attempts to kick him in the spine hard, but the hollow used his sonido to back stand back up and take a step back. And they stared down each other, while both panting.
The hollow speaks,
"You're strong when you're a vasto lorde.... But you're nowhere near ME!"
In a flash, the hollow sliced opened Guerra's chest, vertically.
Guerra grunts in pain as he bleeds.
"NggggHhhGHHHhhh."
The hollow drop kicks Guerra in his chest, causing more blood to spurt out, and also sending him to crash in a tree, breaking it.
We see Guerra laying down on the ground with his back being supported by the trunk of the tree with a hole.
The hollow began pummeling Guerra's body, specially the head.
As he has being pummeled. He thought of times he was being pushed around when he was still human. He thought to himself.
"I promised myself that I want to be the top.... Right? Why am I not doing anything, why am I letting him pummel me to death.... Do I need to be the strongest? I could just.... Let it all end here.... There's no point in continuing...."
As Guerra's face was covered in blood, the hollow prepares to deliver the punch, as it was about to hit, Guerra slices his right hand instantly without sonido.
The hollow grunts in pain, showing a pained face.
Guerra screams out.
"SCREW IT! I DON'T WANNA BE TAKEN DOWN BY THE LIKES OF YOU!! IT'S A MORE EMBARRASSING FEAT THAN BEING TAKEN DOWN BY A GILLIAN!!!"
Guerra gave a decent punch to the hollow's face, kicked his liver, and headbutts him.
The hollow take a long step back and readied his left fist, planning to take Guerra down with a strike with all his might and power.
"This bastard is IRRITATING ME!! I'll hit him with all i have!
Guerra readies his left arm.
Both charged each other. They both hit each others fist with so much force that it cut off the trees around them and shook the ground. Both of their arms broke in their process, specifically their forearms, causing immense bleeding on them. Guerra's left arm was left to protrude to the right while the hollow's was torn apart and with broken bones.
The hollow spoke up with hate and anger.
"I may be armless... BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN I CANT FIGHT!!!"
Guerra wanted to respond back with a few words of hate but his mind and face was still too fatigued and beaten up to formulate anything. But one things for sure. He is determined to end the Vasto Lorde.
They both turned around and charged at each other again.
The hollow immediately slides on the ground and with a swipe of a kick, breaks Guerra's left knee. Guerra screams in pain and falls to the ground.
"AUGGGHHngnngggghhhh....AUGghh!"
The Hollow is behind Guerra but is also turning his back against him 2 meters away, he speaks up with pride.
"I told you...."
Guerra, determined to beat down the hollow, turned around immediately.
He started to consecutively punch the hollow with his right hand, but he kept dodging. Guerra was getting frustrated and he lets out an angry yet determined roar, and sped up his punches, he was finally able to punch the hollow in the face and grabbed him by the face, slamming the hollow to the ground.
Guerra sat down and started pummeling the hollow in the face.
The hollow was able to catch Guerra's right fist with his mouth and bit it with intense force, breaking it.
Guerra lets out a pained scream.
"AUHGHHHHHHNGGGGKGKK"
The hollow let's go and reiterated.
"It's not ENOUGH!"
Guerra ignores his words and begins to headbutt his face.
Hollow lets out a horrid grunt.
"AUG....hoho... COME ON!!!!"
He kept continuing to headbutt him while the hollow still let's out pained grunts until he could finally no longer do so.
We cut to the hollow's face, becoming the definition of mutilated.
Guerra continues to headbutt as he pants him his face is already screwed up. (both him and the hollow)
Soldiers and scientists of the empire gathered around Guerra.
They grabbed Guerra by his arms and pulled him away.
Scientists approached the mutilated corpse of the hollow. One of them used some sort of machine.
"He still has some life energy within him!"
They dragged the hollow's body and headed towards the lab.
A Sargento came up in front of Guerra and fed him 3 of Shiba's fingers. It was just enough Reiatsu for Guerra's high speed regeneration to activate, and so it does.
Guerra's state is back in full health but his mind is still blanking and dazed because od the fight, but he was ok.
3 hours have passed since Guerra's fight.
Guerra is doing paper work in a private office.
With his pen, he wrote down on papers, which contain orders of: reorganizing the ranks, researching new technology, military training and more.
It was clear, after the recent casualties and fights he's experienced. It made him realize that the empire needs serious reorganizing.
