The key to making the best stir-fry. A good wok, some quality soy sauce, and some meat. Of course, you could make a more vegetarian-friendly option, but Lee Wooyun was no vegetarian, and he most certainly wasn't a vegan either. He lived on eggs, beef, and cheese, though he didn't mind a good soft tofu stew now and then.
The problem for him now was the lack of meat. According to the Demon Lord, consuming meat during seclusion was strictly forbidden. The rule had ancient roots, tracing back to Buddhist monks who believed meat could cloud the mind. It was viewed as a worldly indulgence, a hunger no different from the desire for money and power.
It also didn't help that meat was quite rare at the time, so it could only be consumed in smaller quantities. Wooyun had always found it to be a shame. As he glanced around the kitchen, wondering what he could use as a replacement, the Demon Lord came up behind him, a curious look in his eyes.
