Chapter 9 - Chapter 1: Not In A Good Mood

I reached my room and sat on the floor, beside my bed and leaned. Forgetting to close the door.

*Tssk* "Ryan sure is annoying." I said, looking at the ceiling.

*Sigh* "Can I meet you again or not?, should I look after you or not? Should I wait instead or what?" This question is bugging me after she leaves.

"I don't know what is this feeling about but the moment I saw you. I feel I know you a long time ago." I murmured.

A deep silence broke the room, suddenly...

A deep voice shattered the silence, "Who?"

"Haaah!! Shit, Richard. What are you doing here? You frighten me to death." My shocked expression was evident as I exclaimed.

"Oh, your mouth. After you tried a liquor your attitude become violent" he asked me.

"This is my room, why are you here?" I asked him back.

"What are you talking about. This is my room and you just entered here, annoyed." Richard implied.

"Huh!! Then you heard me?" I asked.

"Loud and clear."

*tssk*

"So who is this you're talking about? Is this the girl that I hinted at the other day?" Richard asked.

"Huh!? O-Of course not." I exclaimed, stood up. "I'll be going to my room and take a shower. I need to return back home urgently, I have a class later" I added.

"Sure, then we will have a conversation while we're on the ride"

"Not gonna happen" I exclaimed.

"Come on, Gilbert"

I only remained silent, looked at him intimidating.

I am not in a good mood today, thanks to that annoying Ryan, but that doesn't mean I have to antagonize anyone. I just want to remain silent as a sign of disapproval.

*sigh* "Okay, fine". He replied to me.

I only nodded.

I continued my way, outside to his room.

"I'll talk to Orly if he can drive you home, urgently." He shouted.

"Yeah, thank you!" I shouted back, heading my way to my room leaving Richard alone in his room.

He broke my very moment into drama however, I am not mad at him. For a single thought, it may, actually be a good idea to open up about this feeling I had right now. The feeling of being inlove, probably.

My room is located on the right side of Richard's room. So, how am I lost in my own room. What the heck is happening to me. Do I really still hangover?

I entered my room and removed my clothes. I got a towel and wrapped my lower body. I entered the shower room or a bathroom, since both the shower and the toilet bowl are just near to each other, this place is compacted.

As I entered the shower I faced on the mirror, stood still, looking at myself, observing and talking to myself.

"As Ryan said, he haven't saw a Girl beside me when he approached me. Additionally, he hadn't seen someone on the shore except me."

It may sound weird but I know for sure that I talked to her. Ryan may not have seen her since she ran away but she's real.

"Also... She's so familiar to me. What is the name of this Barangay, again? Bacadac? Bacudac? Arggh!. ( scratching my head ) Better ask later."

I touched my chest, my heart skipped a beat. The flutter in my chest was unfamiliar, yet exhilarating.

"Is this nervous, excitement or am I... truly falling?" I wondered.

The mere thought sent a shiver down to my spine.

"Could it be? Love at first sight?" I asked.

I'd always been skeptical, but now, staring at my reflection, I couldn't deny the butterflies and falling petals in my head.

My eyes sparkled, and a soft smile spread across my face unaware.

I smiled. "I'm in love, huh." I whispered, the words tasting sweet on my lips.

I felt like I am floating on air, my heart is soaring with a mix of excitement and uneasiness. Who would have thought that I'd experience this kind of a rush emotions.

Certainly not me. Yet, here I was, head over heels, and loving every moment of it. Every single conversation with her is divine and every seconds spent glaring at her is pure bliss.
