BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Profile:
No person on Rhodes Island knew of the existence of Semiramis, aka Assassin, no hint or mention of her, not even from Astolfo or Saber Rose who love to talk.
If the Black Cabal is a group of ghosts whose individual past and the formation of the group is one of the great mysteries of Rhodes Island. Semiramis, she is a ghost among ghosts.
Semiramis revealed her existence not of her own free will, but rather due to circumstances.
After a failed operation, several Operators, including Texas and Exusiai, were hit by a powerful neurotoxin that would slowly kill them over a few days, finding a cure seemed impossible or that it would be created after the poisoned Operators' premature demise.
Once he had this information Saver left in his personal vehicle, hours later he returned to Rhodes Island, taking with him the woman known today as Semiramis, who took charge of creating an antidote.
After this revelation of the existence of Assassin, Semiramis, she began appearing occasionally on Rhodes Island, almost never physically, often through three-dimensional illusions or unique remote displays.
But when she sets foot on Rhodes Island, Semiramis, she leaves her mark, a woman like her not easily forgotten because of her beauty, personality and the ability to chain an entire team of Operators to the ground with a wave of her hand.

Clinical Analysis:

The medical file of Assassin, aka Semiramis, is the most sparse of all the Black Cabal files. Her entire file consists of three pages consisting of: a sheet of paper that says her height, weight and three dimensions nothing useful (some people have the opposite opinion, but their goals are not medicine); an ultrasound and a negative test for Oripathy.
A medical file that shows us less information than a social network page is not a medical file, but a mockery.
With an uncharacteristically taciturn approval from Kal'tsit, Medical has once again attempted to obtain biological information on the Black Cabal, our first target being Assassin, aka Semiramis.
Fortunately, our first move was to ask if our agreement with the Black Cabal also includes Semiramis, and the answer was yes.
Gavial has prepared like never before for the challenge against Semiramis, currently Gavial could participate in the Olympics and win the gold.
Unfortunately, no one in the Medical Department could have imagined Semiramis' chosen challenge: Three-round Seduction.
The targets are a random woman, a random man, and a target chosen by the opponent.
The First Round (women) was won by Gavial:
- Semiramis got Scavenger's phone number and sweet looks.
- Gavial ended up with Tomimi kissing her on the lips and if they weren't in the Rhodes Island mess hall, Tomimi would surely have gone straight to third base with Gavial.
The Second Round (Men) was won by Semiramis:
- Semiramis hit on Courier, he fell at her feet in less than 10 minutes, ending up paying for lunch and giving her phone number.
- Gavial tried with Matterhorn, he ran into the kitchen, locked the door and barricaded the front door with the refrigerator. Gavial's reputation and his "style" of attracting a man's attention does not work.
Round Three (target chosen by the opponent) was an impossible battle by many criteria.
Gavial, under the advice of the Medical Department, has chosen the Doctor as Semiramis' target. The target coveted by several women and some men, who has gained the trust and interest of many Operators. Despite all this, the Doctor is still single.
Semiramis chose Gavial's target to be Saver, perhaps the most complicated man to ever set foot on Rhodes Island and many think he is an alien or suffers from a strange mental disorder.
The Doctor and Saver were not announced to be the final targets, they believed that the battle tomorrow will happen the day after.

The referees were unable to investigate, so we don't know if something happened between the two of them, but Semiramis certainly did better than Gavial.
- Gavial for her challenge, she prepared as if she were going to war, she received advice from the entire Department, especially from Warfarin.
The Black Cabal (specifically the women) did not put obstacles in Gavial's path, on the contrary, Saber Rose, Rider and Witch of Acedia gave their share of advice.

Apparently, Saver lost her virginity, along with Witch of Avaritia, in a music room on a piano.
Saver's reaction to Gavial's desperate technique was modest applause and these words: "A nice show for a woman inexperienced in this art, I'm sure Tomimi will be happy to see this show when you've perfected yourself.

Apparently Semiramis doesn't have a physical artifact like Karna, a summon like Astolfo, she possesses a special technique like EMIYA.
The name of Semiramis' special technique is: Sikera Ušum: Arrogant King's Alcohol
Once activated, Sikera Ušum turns the surrounding environment into poison.
Not only does it grant a "poison" attribute to all of her attacks, including the magic Semiramis uses, but it can also add poison to even the air and energy in the surrounding area, the atmosphere receiving a "poison" environmental property.

*Public Report of Mission 221-225*
A group of Operators consisting of the Abyssal Hunters, Penguin Logistics, Amiya and the Doctor, had gone to the Kingdom of Iberia, to a coastal city with the task of delivering medicine to clinics affiliated with Rhodes Island.
Unfortunately, at moonrise the city was attacked by an unknown enemy, the Operators provided protection to the citizens, helping local forces secure the city and lead the evacuation.
Things quickly escalated, the Squad lost communications and ended up surrounded by enemies, barely managing to send out a desperate SOS signal.
Miraculously, the team's SOS signal was received by the Black Cabal, specifically by Saver who was near the coast with his Yacht and accompanied by Shielder, Saber, Saber Rose, Caster and Rider.
The Black Cabal fought their way through unknown enemies, eventually reuniting with Amiya's Squad, all while all of them were wearing swimsuits.
Getting in was easier than getting out, especially when there were numerous wounded, infected and uninfected Originium civilians.
Then, a second miracle happened, thousands of bones rained down from the sky and once they hit the ground they transformed into skeletal creatures that attacked the unknown enemy.
After that, there were strategic bombings and other madness coming from the sky, which only hit the enemy hordes.
The Black Cabal and Amiya's Squad brought the largest number of civilians onto Saver's Yacht, which by the way had a ground mode and a fair amount of explosives.
In addition to a small barracks, Saver's Yacht had a huge hot tub, a stealth reconnaissance drone, an armored motorcycle (what good would such a thing be in the middle of the sea?), a well-equipped infirmary, and a captain's cabin filled with rose petals...
Once everything humanly possible had been done, Amiya's Squad and the Black Cabal retreated with as many civilians as they could fit onto the Yacht.
As the sun rose, when everyone was safe, Amiya received word that the coastal city had been badly damaged, but the enemies had been repelled and the number of casualties was surprisingly low for a disaster of that magnitude.

Kal'tsit once discovered what happened personally investigated all the video game recordings of Amiya's team, sending the SWEEP section to investigate the city attacked by the Seaborn.
Investigating the huge craters we discovered that whatever type of munition was used had a destructive power comparable to that of a bomb dropped, or a meteorite falling from the sky.
The smaller craters match the marks left by long-range attacks from EMIYA and Atalanta Alter.
Civilian testimonies say they were rescued or saw people who resemble the Servants we know, but there were others who did not match the descriptions we have.
Audio logs confirm that Saver ordered Assassin, aka Semiramis, to begin the bombing.
The rescue of Amiya's team provided a glimpse into the Black Cabal's true warfare capabilities.

[Maybe we're looking at this the wrong way. Servants could have been created in a lab from scratch, Mash shows signs of genetic engineering if you look at her DNA.
Another crazy option, could it belong to a structure that predates the First Catastrophe and have been in stasis inside an ancient underground bunker until now?
The last theory that comes to mind, could they be aliens or time travellers from the future and are here to change history for the better?

*SWEEP Section Secret Mission Report*
We have reason to believe that the Black Cabal is a larger and more powerful group than previously thought, although they work closely with Rhodes Island, their ultimate goals are still unknown.
Following the events of [Mission 221-225], we are convinced that the Black Cabal possess their own Earth vessel, armed with powerful fire weapons.
Semiramis is without a doubt the one responsible for guiding and controlling this Earth ship.
Using Scavenger's attraction to Semiramis, she managed to plant a digestible microchip in Semiramis' lunch. When the queen left to return to the Black Cabal's Earth ship, the SWEEP division tried to chase her.
We lost the signal when Semiramis reached a high flight altitude, probably the aerial vehicle she uses to reach the Earth ship is protected against normal tracking devices.
When we regained signal, the SWEEP division took off into a wooded area.
Once inside the forest the SWEEP division got lost in a fog that appeared as if by magic, then they disappeared from the face of the world, to finally appear in different areas of the world in embarrassing situations.

Talk after Trust Increase 1: I admit that at first I saw my Master as a possible pawn to subvert, unfortunately poisons and seduction do not work on him.
